Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- Arbeitszylinder, insbesondere für verschwenkbare Klappen an Fahrzeugen oder Fahrzeugverdecke, mit einem druckmittelbetätigten, in einem Zylinderrohr (1) verschiebbaren Kolben (4) und zumindest einem Paar von elektrischen Kontakten (13, 14), die bei einer definierten Stellung des Kolbens (4) im Zylinderrohr (1), vorzugsweise einer der Endstellungen,öffnen oder schliessen und derart ein Signal über die Stellung des Kolbens bewirken, wobei einer (13) dieser Kontakte vom Kolben (4) oder einem damit verbundenen Betätigungsabschnitt (7, 8) vorzugsweise im wesentlichen radial zur Achse des Zylinderrohres (1) gegen die Wirkung eines elastischen Vorspannelementes (15) und relativ zum anderen, feststehenden Kontakt (14) verschiebbar ist, sobald der Kolben in die definierte Stellung gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Kontakte (13, 14) über eine seitliche Bohrung (9) im Zylinder (A) in dessen Inneres geführt und von einem Kontakt (13) lediglich eine gegen den Zylinder (A) isolierte elektrische Leitung (16) nach außen geführt ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feststehende Kontakt (14) mit dem Zylinder (A) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verschiebbare Kontakt (13) über das elastische Vorspannelement (15) elektrisch leitend mit der nach außen geführten elektrischen Leitung (16) verbunden, gegen den Kolben (4) oder dessen Betätigungsabschnitt (7, 8) elektrisch isoliert und in seiner vom feststehenden Kontakt (14) getrennten Stellung auch gegen den Zylinder (A) elektrisch isoliert ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen dem feststehenden Kontakt (14) und dem Zylinder (A) durch direkte Berührung hergestellt wird.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bohrung, vorzugsweise eine Gewindebohrung (9), im Zylinder (A) vorgesehen und die beiden zusammenwirkenden Kontakte (13, 14) in einem vorzugsweise schraubenförmigen, in die besagte Bohrung (9) einsetzbaren und den Zylinder (A) dicht verschließenden Gehäuse (10) aufgenommen sind, aus dem lediglich die elektrische Leitung (16) isoliert gegen das Gehäuse (10) hinausgeführt ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (10) elektrisch leitend, vorzugsweise durch direkte Berührung, mit dem Zylinder (A) verbunden ist, der feststehende Kontakt (14) mit dem Gehäuse (10) elektrisch leitend verbunden und der verschiebbare Kontakt (13) in seiner vom feststehenden Kontakt (14) getrennten Stellung gegen das Gehäuse (10) elektrisch isoliert ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (10) mit dem Zylinder (A) und/oder dem feststehenden Kontakt (14) durch direkte Berührung elektrisch leitend verbunden ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feststehende Kontakt (14) buchsenartig ausgebildet und der scheibenförmig ausgebildete, verschiebbare Kontakt (13) in geschlossener Stellung auf der radial äußeren Stirnfläche des feststehenden Kontaktes (14) aufliegt, wobei der Kolben (4) oder dessen Betätigungsabschnitt (7, 8) mittels eines durch die zentrale Öffnung der Buchse hindurchgeführten Betätigungselementes (11) aus elektrisch nicht leitendem Material auf den verschiebbaren Kontakt (13) einwirkt.
- Arbeitszylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom scheibenförmigen verschiebbaren Kontakt (13) ausgehend ein Kontaktstift (12) in die zentrale Öffnung der Buchse hineinragt und durch das elektrisch nicht leitende Material des Betätigungselementes (11) gegen den feststehenden Kontakt (14) isoliert ist.
- Arbeitszylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verschiebbare Kontakt (13) über ein elektrisch leitendes elastisches Element, vorzugsweise eine Schraubenfeder (15), mit der nach außen geführten Leitung (16) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist.
