Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur effektiven Abkühlung von Behandlungsgut nach einer Wärmebehandlung oder Wärmeeinwirkung in einem Ofen mittels strömendem Druckkühlgas in einer Kühlkammer, bei dem
  • das Behandlungsgut bereits im Ofen mittels eines gerichteten Gasstroms oder Gasstrahls/Gasstrahlen bis auf eine erste kritische Temperaturschwelle abgekühlt wird,
  • das Behandlungsgut nach Erreichen dieser Temperaturschwelle ohne Kontakt zu schädlichen Atmosphären in die Kühlkammer überführt wird,
  • das Behandlungsgut in der Kühlkammer einer Abschreckung/Abkühlung in strömendem Gas unter Überdruck unterworfen wird.
Ebenso ist eine spezielle Abkühleinrichtung mit Abkühlkammer und ausfahrbarem, in ausgefahrenem Zustand aus der Abkühlkammer herausragendem Werkstücktransport vorgeschlagen.
