Claims (21)
- Verpackungseinheit aus Mineralwolle-Platten mit einer Umhüllung aus einer vorzugsweise schrumpfbaren Kunststoffolie, die in zumindest einem Abschnitt mindestens eine nach außen weisende Tragelasche aufweist, wobei die Mineralwolle-Platten überwiegend derart in der Umhüllung angeordnet sind, daß ihre Flächennormalen der großen Oberflächen im wesentlichen parallel zur Flächennormalen des die Tragelasche aufweisenden Abschnitts verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Umhüllung (3) zumindest ein plattenförmiges Versteifungselement (15) angeordnet ist, welches vorzugsweise mit seinen großen Oberflächen rechtwinklig zu den großen Oberflächen (5) der Mineralwolle-Platten (2) verläuft. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Versteifungselement (15) aus einer Mineralwolle-Platte (2) besteht, die parallel zu ihren großen Oberflächen druckresistent ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Versteifungselement (15) als Abstandshalter aus Wellpappe, Kunststoff, Holz, Holzwerkstoffen oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Umhüllung (3) in einem unteren Bereich mehrere Mineralwolle-Platten (2) mit ihren großen Oberflächen (5) parallel zum die Tragelasche (4) aufweisenden Abschnitt (6) angeordnet sind und daß oberhalb dieser Mineralwolle-Platten (2) mehrere Mineralwolle-Platten (2) derart angeordnet sind, daß deren große Oberflächen (5) rechtwinklig zu den großen Oberflächen (5) der im unteren Bereich angeordneten Mineralwolle-Platten (2) verlaufen, wobei die im unteren Bereich angeordneten Mineralwolle-Platten (2) insgesamt eine Stapelbreite aufweisen, die mit der Breite einer Mineralwolle-Platte (2) übereinstimmt. - Verpackungseinheit aus Mineralwolle-Platten mit einer Umhüllung aus einer vorzugsweise schrumpfbaren Kunststoffolie, die in zumindest einem Abschnitt mindestens eine nach außen weisende Tragelasche aufweist, wobei die Mineralwolle-Platten überwiegend derart in der Umhüllung angeordnet sind, daß ihre Flächennormalen der großen Oberflächen im wesentlichen parallel zur Flächennormalen des die Tragelasche aufweisenden Abschnitts verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abschnitt (6) randseitig entlang einer Kante (21) der Umhüllung (3) verlaufend angeordnet ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei Abschnitte (6) mit Tragelaschen (4) vorgesehen sind, die an parallel verlaufenden Kanten (21) der Umhüllung (3) angeordnet sind. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umhüllung (3) aus zwei Folienbahnen besteht, von denen die stärker auf Zug beanspruchte Folienbahn eine größere Materialstärke aufweist. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Umhüllung (5) zumindest ein plattenförmiges Versteifungselement (15) angeordnet ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abschnitt (6) mit der Tragelasche (4) an zwei, insbesondere an drei Seitenflächen der Umhüllung (3) angeordnet ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in dem Abschnitt (6) mehrere, vorzugsweise in gleichem Abstand zueinander angeordnete Tragelaschen (4) vorgesehen sind. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragelaschen (4) als runde oder elliptische Ausstanzungen ausgebildet sind. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umhüllung (3) aus zwei Folienbahnen (23) besteht, die miteinander verschweißt oder verklebt sind. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verschweißbaren Folienbahnen (23) als Polyolefinen, insbesondere Polyäthylen, Polypropylen oder dergleichen und/oder Mischungen daraus bestehen. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verklebbaren Folienbahnen (23) aus PVC, Styrol, Copolymerisaten, Polyester und/oder Polyamid bestehen. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umhüllung (3) partiell offen ausgebildet ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Verklebung der Folienbahnen (23) zumindest bereichsweise doppelseitige Klebebänder (24) vorgesehen sind. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Folienbahnen (23) gleiche Materialstärken aufweisen. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tragelaschen (4) randseitig jeweils eine vorzugsweise umlaufende Verstärkungseinrichtung aufweisen. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstärkungseinrichtung als Verschweißung der Folie (23) ausgebildet ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verstärkungseinrichtung als zwischen die Folien (23) eingelegte und/oder auf die Folien (23) aufgebrachte Synthetikbänder ausgebildet und mit den Folien (23) verbunden ist. - Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umhüllung (3) an zumindest einer Seitenfläche, insbesondere an der die Tragelasche (4) aufweisenden Fläche zur Bildung einer Entnahmeöffnung perforiert ist.
