Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Abstimmen der Resonanzfrequenz eines dielektrischen Resonators, der auf einem Substrat neben einer als Streifenleitung ausgeführten Signalleitung angeordnet ist, wobei mit dem dielektrischen Resonator mindestens eine seine Resonanzfrequenz beeinflussende, als Streifenleitung ausgeführte, an beiden Enden leerlaufende Abstimmleitung gekoppelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstimmleitung (3, 6, ..., 12) so mit dem dielektrischen Resonator (1) gekoppelt wird, daß sie mit einem Bereich, in dem die Leitung ein Stromminimum hat, neben dem dielektrischen Resonator (1) verläuft, und daß an einem oder beiden Enden der Abstimmleitung (3, 6, ..., 12) ein oder mehrere Leitungsstücke (4, 5) einer solchen Länge entfernt werden, daß die Resonanzfrequenz einen gewünschten Wert annimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Abstimmleitung (3, 6, ..., 12) zur Kopplung mit einem runden dielektrischen Resonator (1) über eine Länge, die kleiner als die halbe Wellenlänge auf der Abstimmleitung ist, in einem Bogen um den Resonator (1), dessen runder Kontur folgend, geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine erste Abstimmleitung (8, 9, 11) für eine Grobabstimmung der Resonanzfrequenz eng mit dem dielektrischen Resonator (1) gekoppelt wird und daß mindestens eine zweite Abstimmleitung (10, 12) für eine Feinabstimmung der Resonanzfrequenz in einem größeren Abstand als die erste Abstimmleitung mit dem dielektrischen Resonator (1) gekoppelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Resonanzfrequenzabstimmung das bzw. die Leitungsstücke von der mindestens einen Abstimmleitung (3, 6, ..., 12) mittels eines Lasers entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Enden der mindestens einen Abstimmleitung (3) mehrere kurze Leitungsstücke (4, 5) über Bond-Verbindungen aneinandergereiht sind und daß zur Resonanzfrequenzabstimmung die Bond-Verbindungen von ein oder mehreren Leitungsstücken (4, 5) unterbrochen werden.
