Claims (6)
- Hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder mit einer Endlagenverriegelung, in welchem ein Kolben (1) auf einer Kolbenstange (2) innerhalb eines mit Verschlußstücken versehenen Zylinders (3) geführt wird und in den Endlagen des Hubs die Position des Kolbens (1) im Zylinder (3) über Verriegelungselemente (4) formschlüssig arretiert wird, wobei eine vollständige Integration des Kolbens (1) und der, je modular aufgebauter Endlagenverriegelung benötigten Verriegelungselemente (4), des vorgespannten Verriegelungskolbens (6) und des Verriegelungselementeträgers (7) innerhalb des Ringraums zwischen Kolbenstange (2) und Zylinder (3) vorliegt, und wobei der Verriegelungselementeträger (7) mit dem Kolben (1) verbunden und zwischen diesem und der zu verriegelnden Endlage auf der Kolbenstange (2) angeordnet ist, wodurch die Verriegelungselemente (4) über den Verriegelungselementeträger (7) mit dem Kolben (1) in Wirkverbindung stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Endlage, zum Lösen der Verriegelungselemente (4), zumindest in einer ersten Phase der Druck eines Mediums zunächst in einem durch das Verschlußstück (9), die Kolbenstange (2) und den Verriegelungskolben (6) gebildeten Druckraum ansteht, wobei sich dabei der Verriegelungskolben (6) dem Kolben (1) nähert.
- Hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder mit Endlagenverriegelung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Differentialarbeitszylindern eine Anordnung aus Verriegelungselementen (4), dem Verriegelungskolben (6), dem Verriegelungselementeträger (7), innerhalb des Ringraums zwischen Kolbenstange (2) und Zylinder (3) am Kolben (1) gespiegelt ausgeführt ist.
- Hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder mit Endlagenverriegelung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verriegelungselemente (4) keine Kugeln verwendet werden.
- Hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder Endlagenverriegelung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum der die Vorspannung für den Verriegelungskolben (6) aufbringenden Verriegelungskolbenfeder (5) über einen Kanal (12) und ein Ventil (13) zum gegenüberliegenden Arbeitsraum entspannt ist.
- Hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder mit Endlagenverriegelung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich alternierend axial führende Teile des Verriegelungselementeträgers (7) mit Teilen der Verriegelungskolbenfeder (5) abwechseln.
- Hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder mit Endlagenverriegelung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den modularen Aufbau der zur Verriegelung benötigten Konstruktionsteile bezüglich des Kolbens (1) eine wahlweise Ausführung des Arbeitszylinders mit und ohne Verriegelung einfach gegeben ist.
