Description
Claims (9)
- Apparatedeckel mit korrosionsbeständiger Auskleidung (2) und wenigstens einer elektrischen Stromdurchführung (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auskleidung (2) aus Kunststoff besteht und an der Stromdurchführung (12) mit einer über die Deckelwand (1) hinausragenden Hülse (5) fest und gasdicht verbunden ist, daß die Hülse (5) mit einem lösbaren Befestigungsmittel (6) an der Deckelwand (1) fixiert ist, und daß der Raum zwischen der Stromdurchführung (12) und der Hülse (5) mit Hilfe eines lösbaren Dichtmittels (8) abgedichtet ist, wobei die Stromdurchführung (12) gegenüber der Hülse (5) und dem Deckel elektrisch isoliert ist.
- Apparatedeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzliches die Hülse umlaufendes Dichtmittel (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Apparatedeckel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (6) ein Spannring ist, der in eine Nut (13) an der Hülse (5) eingreift.
- Apparatedeckel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (6) eine Überwurfmutter (16) ist, die in ein Gewinde (17) an der Hülse (5) eingreift.
- Apparatedeckel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtmittel (8) die Stromdurchführung (12) auch im Innenbereich (15) der Hülse umschließt und elektrisch isoliert.
- Apparatedeckel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Auskleidung (2) und der Deckelwand (1) eine zusätzliche Isolierschicht (4) aus geschlossenporigen Polymerschaum, insbesondere Polyurethanschaum vorgesehen ist.
- Apparatedeckel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auskleidung (2) aus einem Kunststoff, aus der Reihe PVDF, FEP, PFA, oder PVC besteht
- Apparatedeckel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite des Deckels (1) mit einer zusätzlichen Korrosionsschutzschicht (11) versehen ist.
- Verwendung des Apparatedeckels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Gehäusedeckel für Elektrolyseure, insbesondere für die Chlor-Alkali-Elektrolyse, z. B. nach dem Amalgamverfahren.
