Definitions
- the invention relates to a column shoe for fastening a concrete pile on a surface, the support shoe being a base plate with a Bolt hole and a housing and multiple anchoring members, the anchoring members being receivable by the concrete pile, wherein is divided into several sections by the housing, wherein in the region of a section the housing has a housing base, wherein at least one in the area of the housing base through the housing Anchoring member is receivable, the at least two of which by the Housing-formed sections of the base plate each have at least one Have anchoring member, the rear anchoring members on the Housing wall are received adjacent to the bottom plate, which The top view of the housing is approximately Y-shaped with two legs and a bridge is trained.
- Column shoes are generally known in concrete construction; previously known Support shoes have a rigid base plate with a housing and several anchoring links. These anchoring members serve the Take up through the concrete pile and take normal forces, i.e. tensile and Pressure forces on; the base plate is with the corresponding bolt hole the pad, for example connected by a screw. Usually are four support shoes, also called pile shoes, through a concrete pile, received.
- a support shoe is known from DE 195 14 685.9.
- the base plate of the column shoe has an angled housing, with each leg of the angle an anchoring member for receiving is assigned to the concrete pile. It is located approximately centrally in the base plate the bolt hole for receiving, for example a bolt, for Connection of the base plate to the base. Because of this special arrangement the anchoring members not directly on the base plate, but rather on the housing, as well as the position of the anchoring members relative to the bolt hole, was able to achieve a low level in relation to the prior art known at the time Base plate height can be realized. There is an am above the bolt hole Case attached case back.
- the aim of the invention is now to provide a support shoe at the beginning to provide the type mentioned, compared to that of the prior art known column shoe much easier and therefore cheaper can be.
- the housing consists of two There are sheets that run parallel to each other in the area of the web.
- the respective anchoring member is arranged on the face ends of the sheets.
- On each anchoring element can be made of reinforcing steel, i.e. round in cross-section be trained, and ultimately serves as reinforcement of the concrete pile.
- the anchoring members in the area of the center of the are advantageous Base plate can be arranged so that between the individual anchoring members due to the central arrangement of the anchoring members in relation to the Bottom plate only moments occur.
- By arranging the rear Anchoring members on the housing wall can be due to the distance the anchoring members to the center of the borehole also have low moments being held.
- the bolt hole for attaching the Support shoe on the pad is accessible from the outside, namely through the bolt hole is kept clear of the housing base.
- the attachment of the front anchoring member in the area of Housing bottom and here in particular on the housing wall achieved that to initiate the normal forces on the base plate through the housing more Area is made available than is the case when that Anchoring member would have been inserted directly into the base plate.
- Two are advantageous Front anchoring links are provided, each through the housing are recordable. The arrangement of the housing on the base plate thus opens up the possibility of several anchoring elements in the area of Attach the bottom of the housing without thereby making the bolt hole accessible for attaching the support shoe on the pad is hindered.
- the housing is approximately Y-shaped with two legs and formed a web. This is the point of the meeting approximately between the two legs and the web of the Y-shaped housing in the center of the bottom plate.
- the bottom of the case is through the two legs recordable, under the bottom of the case, as already on other Point explained, the bolt hole spaced from the housing base in the base plate is arranged.
- the web of the Y-shaped protrudes trained housing the bottom plate.
- an anchor member of the web can be accommodated.
- this back Anchoring member is achieved that the bending moment caused by the force of the Anchoring bolt in the bolt hole and the distance to the leg of the Y-shaped Housing is created by this rear anchor member is intercepted. That is, the length of the web, and here in particular the The protrusion of the web over the base plate is to be dimensioned such that through the Anchoring element arranged at the front end of the web has the bending moment due to the distance between the leg of the housing and the center of the bolt is almost canceled.
- the support shoe designated overall by 1
- the support shoe has the base plate 10 and the housing designated overall by 20.
- the base plate 10 At the age of 20 designated Y-shaped housing comprises the two legs 21 and 22 and the web 23 through the Y-shaped housing 20, the base plate 10 in divided three sections 11, 12 and 13, wherein in section 11 the Bolt hole 15 for fastening the support shoe arranged on a base is.
- section 11 is the through the two legs 21 and 22 of the housing 20 held housing base 25, in the area of the two front anchoring members 31, 32 are arranged in the form of reinforcing bars.
- the Arrangement of the reinforcing bars 31 and 32 is such that these to the Legs 21 and 22 are fixed, for example, by welding.
- the Housing bottom 25 serves to shield the space above the Section 11 before the concrete of the concrete pile, after completion the concrete pile, d. H. after the support shoe embedded in the concrete pile, the concrete post and the support shoe are still on the corresponding base to be able to anchor with screws.
- the two rear anchoring links in the form of reinforcing bars 41, 42 are also on the legs 21, 22 of the housing, are however in the area of sections 12 and 13.
- the housing 20 consists essentially of two sheets, each Sheet forms a leg 21 or 22, the two sheets in Area of the web 23 run parallel to each other or on the latter front end of the anchoring member 60 in the form of a concrete pile is arranged. Due to the protrusion of the web 23 over the base plate 10 is the moment that is due to the distance X between the center of the bolt hole and the center of the Leg 22 and 21 and the force due to the initiation of the Normal force is generated by the front anchoring members 31 and 32, be compensated. That is, the size of the overhang of the web 23 over the bottom plate depends on the distance from the center of the Bolt hole to the middle of the leg 21 or 22 and the force that through the reinforcing bars 31 and 32 into the legs of the housing 20 is initiated.
