Description

The invention relates to a bulkhead module and a composite of such bulkhead modules bulkhead according to the preamble of claim 10.

Spray walls are used in various areas of surface technology in industry and trade. The contaminated for example in paint shops by spray mist air is sucked through such splash walls and cleaned. Due to the negative pressure of a fan installed in the bulkhead of the spray mist is detected in the work area and sucked uniformly over the entire surface of the filter device of the bulkhead. Depending on the design of the filter units, efficiencies of up to 99% can be achieved here.

Such splash walls consist of a single, cuboid frame with bottom, rear, - ceiling and side walls. The front wall is formed by the filter element and an impact grille arranged in front, which has labyrinth-like lattice fins. The one or more filter elements are held in a frame and used at the front of the bulkhead, where they are fixed with a lever lock in position. Before that, the impact grid is arranged, which ensures a deflection of the contaminated air and thus a uniform distribution over the entire filter element by the lamellar arrangement. These baffles also have a stable frame, in which the lattice blades are used as individual elements. There Spray walls are inflexible and can not be extended or shortened without much effort.

From the DE 918 193 a paint spray booth is known, which has a sloping rear wall, two side walls and in the upper area a box which is provided at the front with a flap and is adapted for insertion of filter frame.

It is an object of the invention to make splash walls more flexible and to facilitate the replacement of the filter elements and simplify.

This object is achieved with a bulkhead module having a module-comprising frame with at least one bottom, rear and top wall and with a front wall permeable to air to be extracted, which comprises at least one filter element and which has means for connection to further bulkhead modules, wherein the baffle is held laterally displaceable in guide rails.

Under a bulkhead module is a bulkhead element understood that can be assembled together with other bulkhead modules or elements to a complete bulkhead. It is realized by a modular design of the bulkhead, which can thus be created in different lengths. The filter elements are made of materials that are commonly used for the filtration of spray mist. In this case, two or more filter elements may also be arranged one behind the other per module.

Several such bulkhead modules, whose width (module size) is preferably less than 1 m, can be screwed together to form a bulkhead, for example. Other connecting means, such as brackets, locking elements or the like are conceivable.

Both bulkhead modules as a unit and their items are easier to handle and transport due to the small module size.

Preferably, three bulkhead modules are combined, wherein two bulkhead modules form the lateral termination and a bulkhead module can be used as a middle part between such end modules. By arranging a plurality of such middle bulkhead modules, a bulkhead of any length can be constructed, wherein each bulkhead module has at least one own filter element.

Preferably, each bulkhead module has its own arranged in front of the filter element baffle, whereby the size of the baffle and thus the weight of the baffle is reduced to a manageable size. The replacement of the impact grille is facilitated. The impact grid has labyrinth-like arranged lattice fins, so that the withdrawn spray is swirled, which in turn u.a. the filtration improves. The grid lamellae are preferably arranged one behind the other in such a way that a labyrinth-like flow path results.

A further facilitation of the exchange is also achieved in that the baffles are held laterally displaceable in guide rails. If a plurality of bulkhead modules are arranged side by side, only needs an impact grille to be taken out of the guide rails, because the remaining impact grille need only be moved to get successively to the filter elements to be replaced.

Preferably, the guide rails are arranged on the outside of the frame, so that the impact grille are easily accessible without tags. Retrofitting of bulkhead modules with baffles is thus possible in a simple manner.

In a simple embodiment, the guide rails may consist of Z-shaped profile elements which can be screwed or welded, for example, to the frame of the splashboard module.

The baffle preferably consists of two successively arranged grid elements, wherein advantageously each grid element consists of a plate provided with punched-out openings. Such plates are preferably sheets. Compared to the attachment of individual lamellae on a frame thereby the manufacturing cost is considerably simplified. In addition, eliminates the usually existing frame, which contributes the largest part of the weight of the impact grid. Due to the low weight, the risk of injury when removing or moving the impact grille is significantly reduced.

The resulting from the punching process lattice fins are preferably connected to each other via webs, which are left to stand deliberately during the punching of the openings. It is thereby achieved a great stability with low weight of the grid elements, whereby the replacement of the impact grille is additionally facilitated.

Preferably, the edges of the lattice fins are bent, wherein in contrast to the known impact louvers the lamellar edges form with the Lamellenmittelabschritten an angle α, which is preferably between 40 ° and 50 °. As a result, a better air deflection and a lower adhesion of the impurities, such as the paint components achieved. In addition, the impact grids are easier to clean due to this shape.

The impact grille can be manufactured on modern machines from a metal sheet, and after the punching process with a corresponding bending process, the impact grille can be made quickly and inexpensively.

Due to their structure, the impact grids are stackable and therefore space-saving storage.

In the Fig. 1 is a splashboard 1 in perspective view, which is composed of three bulkhead modules 2a, b, c. Typical dimensions of such module are 50 cm x 50 cm x 200 cm. Each bulkhead module 2a, b, c has a bottom wall 6, a rear wall 5 and a top wall 7, the lateral bulkhead modules 2a, c also having a respective side wall 4. The middle bulkhead module 2 b has in the top wall 7 a suction opening 3, in which, for example, a fan can be used, the air from the interior of the Bulkhead 1 sucks. As a result, the contaminated air is sucked into the interior of the bulkhead 1 via the front wall 8.

As from the sectional drawing of Fig. 2 can be seen, a frame-like frame 22 is provided, the front wall 8 is formed by a filter element 9 and a pre-set impact grille 12.

In the Fig. 3 a bulkhead 1 is shown, in which the baffles 12 have been omitted, so that the filter elements 9 can be seen. The filter elements are held in a frame 10 which is held in the respective bulkhead module 2a-d by means of a lever closure 11 arranged at the top and bottom.

As in the FIGS. 1 and 2 is shown, a rail 18 and 19 is disposed on the top and bottom of the frame 22, which may for example consist of a Z-shaped profile element, in particular a correspondingly shaped sheet metal. It is possible to use these rails 18 and 19, as in the Fig. 1 can be seen to train consistently. However, it is also possible to assign each module its own rail, which must then also seekers to allow unimpeded lateral displacement of the impact grille 12.

If an exchange of filter elements to take place, only one of the baffle 12 is pushed out of the rails 18 and 19 laterally and placed next to the bulkhead 1. It is then the corresponding filter element of the relevant bulkhead module 2a-c accessible. After replacement of this particular filter element, the adjacent baffle 12 is displaced so that the underlying filter element is accessible for replacement. Thus, the individual filter elements can be exchanged one after the other.

In the Fig. 4 is a baffle 12 shown enlarged. The impact grille 12, like the other components of the bulkhead modules 2a-d, may be made of any materials. However, sheets are preferably used for the preparation of the individual components. The lattice elements 13, 14 (see also FIG Fig. 5a, b ) can each be made of a single sheet, wherein openings 21 are punched, which are formed in the embodiment shown here elongated, so that formed between the openings vertically aligned lattice fins 15. The punched-out openings 21 are arranged so that 15 webs 20 remain between the lattice fins, which connect the lattice fins with each other. It can therefore be dispensed with a frame 15 surrounding the grating frame, so that the impact grille 12 is lighter overall.

In the Fig. 5a is a section along the line VV in the Fig. 4 shown. It can be clearly seen that each baffle 12 consists of two grating elements 13 and 14, wherein the lattice fins 15 are each offset from each other, so that a corresponding air deflection, which is indicated by the arrows, can take place before the contaminated air on the Filter elements arrives. Each individual lamella 15 consists, as in the Fig. 5b is shown enlarged, from a slat center section 17 and the two slat edges 16 which form an angle α with the slat center section 17, which is preferably 45 °. This achieves improved deflection and less adhesion of the substances in the air.
