Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Eisen und von eisenhaltigen Legierungen aus Eisenoxiden, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaßt: partielles Vorreduzieren von Eisenoxiden in zwei oder mehr Vorreduzierungsstufen und danach Verbringen der vorreduzierten Eisenoxide zu einem Schmelzereduzierungsgefäß, das ein Schmelzebad oder Eisen und Schlacke enthält, und vollständiges Reduzieren der Eisenoxide und Herstellen von geschmolzenem Eisen in einer Schmelzereduzierungsstufe, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:(a) partielles Vorreduzieren von Eisenoxiden auf einen Vorreduzierungsgrad von wenigstens 11 % in einer Vorreduzierungsstufe unter Verwendung von Abgas, das als Reduktionsmittelquelle dient und in dem Schmelzereduzierungsgefäß erzeugt wird; und(b) Vorreduzieren der partiell reduzierten Eisenoxide von der ersten Vorreduzierungsstufe auf wenigstens 60 % in einer zweiten Vorreduzierungsstufe unter Verwendung von Erdgas und/oder gespaltenem Erdgas und/oder partiell gespaltenem Erdgas, die/das als Reduktionsmittelquelle dienen/dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Vorreduzierungsgrad wenigstens 70 % beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der Vorreduzierungsgrad wenigstens 80 % beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der Vorreduzierungsgrad wenigstens 90 % beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das die Lieferung überschüssigen Erdgases und/oder gespaltenen Erdgases und/oder partiell gespaltenen Erdgases an die oder jede Vorreduzierungsstufe umfaßt, um ein kohlehaltiges Festkörperprodukt wie etwa Ruß und/oder ein kohlenstoffhaltiges Festkörperprodukt wie etwa Eisencarbid zu erzeugen, und die Lieferung des kohlehaltigen Festkörperprodukts und/oder des kohlenstoffhaltigen Festkörperprodukts an die Schmelzereduzierungsstufe umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Schmelzereduzierungsgefäß untere und/oder seitliche Gewölbe/Abstichstangen und/oder obere Gewölbe/Abstichstangen umfaßt und das Verfahren das Einleiten eines festen und/oder gasförmigen kohlehaltigen Materials in das Schmelzebad durch die Gewölbe/Abstichstangen umfaßt.
