Description

The invention relates to an anti-glare device for attachment on the room side Light openings comprising transparent covering means for at least partial covering of the light openings, the or each covering means being provided with a phototropic material and holding means for holding or carrying the covering means in the area of the light openings.

Glare protection devices are known in many forms, such as roller blinds, blinds, vertical lamella curtains or curtains themselves. Unfold these anti-glare devices their anti-glare effect by at least partially covering the light openings. there come different opaque as well as translucent or translucent Materials such as plastics, sheet metal, curtain and pleated fabrics, coated glass fiber fabrics, paper or parchment-like materials, right down to bast fabrics and wood for use. All these materials have in common that they are dependent on the light intensity have essentially unchangeable transmittance for light. To one To achieve a high anti-glare effect, this must be chosen as low as possible. Hence cannot use materials that are completely transparent per se.

A disadvantage of the known anti-glare devices with translucent covering means the essentially static transmittance of the materials used, and regulation The illuminance in the rooms can therefore practically only be above changing the size of the covered area of the light opening can be achieved. The Visual contact to the outside only remains and is concentrated within the uncovered areas focus on these areas that help achieve the desired anti-glare effect increasing light intensity inevitably represent ever smaller areas. With complete Covering the light opening can still cause diffuse daylight in the Enter space, but the line of sight to the outside is usually completely lost.

Usually and even according to legal regulations - mechanical - adjustable blinds and vertical slat curtains take these problems into account in that the uncovered areas, i.e. the areas between the lamella elements, essentially are evenly arranged over the entire area of the light opening. The size of the covered area is varied by tilting the slats, making an adjustment for an effective anti-glare effect in bright daylight or sunlight, if at all, only narrow stripes are allowed as uncovered areas. Only with not too high Light intensities and no direct sunlight can consequently be a partial one Line of sight to the outside should be maintained, but it is still severely restricted is.

In the meantime, the standardization of lighting intensity for workstations with display devices is required - In Germany, for example, through DIN standard 5035 T7 and in the EU area regulated by VO 270/90 EU - on the one hand, very low luminance limits the reflex glare on the screen and on the other hand with shielding and glare protection measures maintaining the line of sight to the outside. These opposite Demands cannot be met with conventional anti-glare devices.

A glare protection device of the generic type is known from DE 3514656. On the one hand, the disclosed device ensures glare protection against incident light Light and on the other hand a line of sight to the outside. However, there is the disadvantage that an adjustment of the covering means, in particular for the individual regulation of the proportion of outside light and the adjustment of the direction of light, is not possible because the device as Rolling shutters that can be rolled up on the outside of the window and are therefore only movable is trained.

The object of the invention is therefore to create an anti-glare device, which fulfills all legal regulations for anti-glare devices at the same time, namely Glare protection, permanent line of sight to the outside and an adjustability of the device.

This object is achieved in accordance with the features of the anti-glare device of the type mentioned in that the cover means as a lamella cover and with facilities for individual regulation of the proportion of outside light and adjustment the direction of light from one level over the entire area of the light openings is adjustable in an inclined position.

Due to the embodiment of the anti-glare device according to the invention with a slat cover it is possible that the visual contact to the outside regardless of the inclination the slats is retained. As with conventional blinds or vertical slat curtains becomes the outside light component of the illuminance in the room or a glare protection regulated / achieved by inclining the slats. Depending on the light intensity there is also a darkening or lightening of the materials, which means a change the transmission or absorption goes hand in hand. The transparent properties of phototropic Materials are similar to those of glass, so that the line of sight is visible through the covering means remains outside. Thus there are adjustable and / or adjustable anti-glare agents of new quality. Light is attenuated here by both manual inclination of the slats of the anti-glare device as well as by darkening or lightening the phototropic material of the slats. It will make it possible for everyone Requirements of the above mentioned standardization like the DIN standard 5035 T7 and the To comply with VO 270/90 EU at the same time.

In a preferred embodiment, the phototropic material is as on the cover means attachable film formed. By using phototropic foils together with Translucent or transparent covering agents can easily be phototropic Anti-glare device can be realized. The translucency is expedient the cover means in contrast to cover means of the prior art considerably may be higher since the anti-glare effect is essentially due to the phototropic films is achieved and the visual contact to the outside is maintained straight through the covering means should stay. Depending on the choice of the material used for the covering agent, one obtains in this way a basic absorption of the light that overlaps the absorption of the phototropic material becomes. In this way, the minimum and maximum absorption or Adjust the transmission of the anti-glare device. The type of line of sight to the outside is essentially due to the optical properties of the used for the cover Material determined.

In an advantageous development, the cover means are themselves made of phototropic material educated. As a result, surface designs such as Grids and Gradations, but also special shapes of the cover elements, which are not easy could be covered with a film, realizable. Furthermore, the absorption is below another function of the layer thickness of the phototropic material through which the light passes, with increasing absorption taking place with increasing material thickness. The desired control range for the illuminance in the rooms can be determined by the Material property of the phototropic material, i.e. of the light / dark control area and the material thickness used, adjust. The use of solid phototropic material for the cover means leads to more robust anti-glare devices, since there the phototropic Effect is not limited to the surface and thus environmental and mechanical Wear and tear, which naturally affect the surface, have little influence on the properties of the anti-glare device.

According to another preferred development of the invention, the covering means can be made of a fabric made of glass, acrylic or plastic fibers with embedded or on the surface applied phototropic material. Here the advantages of phototropic material combined with those of the fabric. Flexible phototropes are obtained Material that is especially rollable and a higher compared to phototropic films Can have thickness. Depending on the fiber thickness and type of fabric, material properties can be used such as strength, flexibility / agility as well as a desired stiffness to be influenced.

Fig. 1
die erfindungsgemäße Blendschutzvorrichtung als Vertikal-Lamellen-Vorhang.
A particularly expedient and advantageous embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the following description of the exemplary embodiment shown in the schematic drawings. It shows
Fig. 1
the anti-glare device according to the invention as a vertical slat curtain.

Fig. 1 shows a preferred embodiment 16 of the invention, in which the phototropic Anti-glare means are designed as vertical slats 11. These are in a guide rail 10 slidably and pivotally arranged. By means of an inside of the guide rail 10 arranged displacement device 12 can along the vertical slats 11 the guide rail 10 shifted and substantially uniform over the length of the Guide rail 10 can be arranged distributed. The shifting device 12, which e.g. by a cable pull system can be realized is actuated by a pull cable 13. Within the Guide rail 10 is also a pivot device 14 is arranged with the vertical slats 11 can be pivoted or rotated. The swivel device 14 is actuated via the pull chain 15. Structure and function of vertical slat curtains are basically known, so that no further explanations are required for this. The vertical slats 11 are made of phototropic / chrome material. Different materials can be used such as foil laminates or fabrics are used. The fabric itself can be made of glass, Acrylic or plastic fibers with embedded or applied phototropic fibers Substances. This ensures that the slats are dependent discolor from the light intensity, i.e. darken with increasing light intensity and lighten with decreasing light intensity. How to achieve variable light absorption and an automatic regulation of the illuminance in the rooms depending on the Light intensity. It is advantageous that the regulation of the external portion of the illuminance in the room is done by two methods; on the one hand through manual twisting / inclination the vertical slats, i.e. by changing the cover area of the light opening, and on the other hand additionally due to the variable light attenuation by the phototropic material.

The object of the invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Conventional Blinds, which, however, have phototropic horizontal slats, represent a further one according to the invention Embodiment represents, but because of the similarity in the use function and the mode of operation of the vertical slat curtains according to the invention need not be described in detail. Also phototropic anti-glare curtains, e.g. on the basis of glass fiber fabrics fall under the protective principles of the invention.

Incidentally, this also applies with regard to the current knowledge and Intentions for the main area of application, according to the invention, according to which the Anti-glare agent in the interior of offices, living rooms or other locked places should be arranged. However, it is understood by those skilled in the relevant Technical field, that is, anti-glare technology, that the anti-glare devices according to the invention can also be provided on the outside of the light openings. Of course, special circumstances, e.g. due to the weather could result. The resulting requirements are, however known from conventional anti-glare devices. Because of the essentially transparent anti-glare agents are e.g. cleaning as well as sound development as a result of wind attack or similar aspects relatively protected use inside buildings.
