Abstract
Description
Hierbei aufgetragenes überschüssiges Medium wird anschließend mit an sich bekannten Rakeleinrichtungen abgerakelt.
Damit können in vorteilhafter Weise sich die überlappenden bzw. durchdringenden Endbereiche der Einzelstrahlen im Nip zwischen Schöpfwalze und der laufenden Oberfläche durch Verreiben ausgeglichen werden.
In diesem Fall, also im Falle der Egalisierung, braucht sie auch gar nicht angetrieben sein.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung in schematischer Darstellung in Seitenansicht für direktes Auftragen.

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum direkten oder indirekten, ein- oder beidseitigen Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende Oberfläche, die bei direktem Auftrag eine von einer Gegenwalze (4) gestützte Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn (B), und bei indirektem Auftrag eine Auftragswalze (10,10') ist, die das Auftragsmedium an die Materialbahn (B) abgibt, wobei der laufenden Oberfläche (B,10,10') eine Schöpfwalze (1,1') zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schöpfwalze (1, 1') in Laufrichtung der laufenden Oberfläche (B, 10, 10') eine Düsenauffragseinrichtung (6, 6') vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenauftragseinrichtung (6, 6') ein Freistrahldüsenauftragswerk ist, mit einem über die gesamte Breite der Vorrichtung reichenden Dosierspalt für das Auftragsmedium ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenauftragseinrichtung (6, 6') aus einer Vielzahl von Einzeldüsen (8) besteht, die aus einem über die gesamte Maschinenbreite reichenden Verteilrohr (7) für das Auftragsmedium (M) abzweigen und über dessen Länge gleichmäßig verteilt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 sowie Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenauftragseinrichtung (6, 6') für einen Vorstrich auf die laufende Oberfläche (B, 10, 10') vorgesehen ist und die Schöpfwalze (1, 1') den Hauptauftrag auf die laufende Oberfläche (B, 10, 10') bewerkstelligt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 sowie Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur die Düsenauftragseinrichtung (6, 6') für einen Auftrag auf die laufende Oberfläche (B, 10, 10') vorgesehen ist und die Schöpfwalze (1, 1') für die Vergleichmäßigung der aufgetragenen Schicht bestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schöpfwalze (1, 1') in Laufrichtung der Oberfläche (B, 10, 10') oder entgegen der Laufrichtung der Oberfläche dreht oder gar nicht angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 sowie Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düseneinrichtung (6, 6') des Medium auf die Oberfläche der Walze (3, 3') aufbringt.
- Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 sowie Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Endlosband (12) um eine Walze (3, 3') sowie Leitwalzen (15) wobei eine Düseneinrichtung (6'') das Medium auf das Endlosband (12) aufbringt.
