Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Haftvermittlerschichten auf einem bahnförmigen Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftvermittlerschichten mittels Niederdruckplasmapolymerisation auf das bahnförmige Material aufgebracht werden, indem das bahnförmige Material kontinuierlich durch eine Plasmazone geführt wird, in der ein Niederdruckplasma vorhanden ist, das durch elektrische Entladung, insbesondere kHz-, MHz- oder GHz-Entladung, erzeugt wird.
