Description
The invention relates to a oven for Cooling the outside environment of an oven muffle.
For removing cooking residues, e.g. burnt-on Fat, from the inner walls of an oven muffle Household ovens (baking and roasting ovens) are pyrolytic Self-cleaning (pyrolysis) of the oven muffle known which heats the interior of the muffle to temperatures of up to 500 ° C and the cooking residues in easily removable Ashes are converted. Because of the high temperatures special measures are required for pyrolytic self-cleaning be taken to the muffle door at the front and especially the door handle even during pyrolysis below a critical temperature for humans to keep. Since the users of household ovens in general during a cooking process in the muffle interior wanting to see without having to open the door has an oven muffle door usually an inner pane facing the muffle and an outer pane applied by the muffle on. To even during pyrolytic self-cleaning sufficiently low temperatures on the outer pane ensure is generally in the door between the Inner pane and the outer pane an additional washer used for thermal insulation, and the Oven muffle outside environment is forced convection a cooling fan cooled.
From EP 0 752 561 A1 an oven is known with one of the oven muffle and a door for closing the oven muffle, the front window and an inner window, which are connected to one another via a door housing, and a handle strip for opening and closing above the front window and the door housing (Handle) the door by hand. The handle extends across the entire width of the door and has a horizontal flow diaphragm and an adjoining roof-shaped extension in the front area for manual intervention. This approach is the real handle. A cooling fan is now arranged above the furnace muffle, which sucks in cooling air from a muffle environment and blows out to the front through a blow-out duct formed between the handle and the door housing and the upper edge of the front pane. In the door housing towards the muffle interior there is now a vapor inlet opening for the admission of vapors from the muffle interior into the door interior formed between the front pane, inner pane and door housing, and also in the horizontally running area below the handle strip, an outlet opening designed as a constriction and opening into the blow-out channel through which the vapors and air is sucked out of the door interior by the action of an injector and is blown out to the front with the cooling air. In this known oven, the cooling air is thus guided through the part of the blow-out channel that runs horizontally between the flow orifice of the handle strip and the top of the door housing and then directly meets the handle of the handle strip, which deflects the cooling air obliquely towards the bottom at the front. The handle itself is used to direct the air flow. When a user grips the handle with his hand to open the door, his hand is always in the cooling air flow mixed with the vapor. This can be perceived as uncomfortable, especially because of the soiling of the hand by the vapor and also because of the relatively warm air flow itself.
In another oven known from DE 41 16 999 A1 , the oven door for closing the oven muffle has a handle strip which closes the oven door upwards and extends over the entire door width and projects forward like a roof. The handle bar is designed as an injection molded part and has a breakthrough in a central area, in front of which a bow-shaped or a shell-shaped handle for handling the door is formed. In two lateral areas to the left and right of this handle, the handle bar is in the form of a roof which is initially horizontally drawn towards the front and then closed at the front end and closed and each has an air flow opening. In the furnace housing, outlet openings extending over the entire width of the stove housing are arranged behind the handle strip for blowing out cooling air and vapors heated above the furnace muffle. In order to prevent this heated cooling air and the vapors from hitting the handle, a hump is provided as a flow deflector on the handle bar, and behind the handle in the rear area of the handle bar angled flow deflector ribs are provided. The hump directs a substantial part of the cooling air and vapors emerging from the outlet openings arranged in the middle area in the hearth housing upwards and above the handle. This air flow above the handle also draws air from below through the opening in the handle bar to cool the handle. The flow deflection ribs direct the rest of the cooling air and vapors emerging in the central area directly to the air flow openings in the lateral areas of the handle bar and prevent heated cooling air and vapors from escaping below the handle. In this known oven door a fairly elaborate handle strip is required to split the average air flow into the three partial flows.
A domestic cooking oven is known from US Pat. No. 4,601,279 the cooling air below a door and / or between one Control panel and a channel opening above the door and is blown out through this channel.
The invention is based on the object, a oven door, that can be cooled efficiently, for cooling the outside environment of a muffle in a cooking oven and indicate its oven door.
This object is achieved according to the invention by Oven door with the features of claim 1.
By blowing out the air below the handle not with the warm one, especially with vapors displaced, air from the oven. Thereby the handle does not serve to guide the flow and does not have to fluidically optimized. The structure of the handle area and the blow-out area is therefore simple and can be designed cost-effectively. At the same time, however Front of the door and thus indirectly the door handle cooled with the air flow emerging from the front become.
In order to achieve that the cooling air at the front below the door handle without touching the door handle is blown out, can now Air routing through the air routing area so that the flow direction from at least one air outlet opening runs obliquely downwards, i.e. the air flow a vectorial pointing downward from the door handle Has component. Each air outlet opening of the air duct area, where this is the case, can also at least partially behind the door handle on the same Height must be arranged.
Advantageous further training, configurations and possible uses the oven door result from the claim 1 dependent claims.
In particular, there can be a continuous air outlet opening or even several air outlet openings in one ventilation grille be arranged. The air outlet openings extend preferably over a large part of the width the front, in particular at least 70% and preferably at least 80% of the front width to achieve a high volume flow the cooling air if the altitude is not too great to enable a viewing window. The door handle too can spread across such a width of the front in horizontal Extend direction.
As a rule, the oven door has an at least partially optically transparent outer pane. The at least one The air outlet opening is then preferably in a cutout the outer pane is formed, and the door handle is due to areas protruding upwards from the cutout the outer pane.
The door handle is in an advantageous embodiment formed as a bow handle and then preferably at least predominantly made of metal, especially stainless steel.
In a further embodiment, the door handle is either as a separate part on one, preferably one Plastic existing and / or horizontal, Handle rack attached or with the handle rack formed in one part.
The oven door is generally used to close the loading opening an oven muffle of a cooking oven is provided, food can be cooked in the muffle interior and preferably also pyrolytic self-cleaning (burning of residues on the inner wall of the muffle at temperatures of at least 500 ° C) can be carried out. The oven also includes a cooling device, the cooling air sucked in from the outside to at least a part the muffle leads and through the air duct area of the Blows out the oven door back into the outside space. Preferably practically all of the intake cooling air (minus of inevitable losses) through the air duct area blown out at the front of the door. It can but only a part of the cooling air can be blown out in this way and another part in a rear area of the oven be blown up or back.

Above the

The
The cooling air K is guided around the
