Multifunctional component (P) with a flat appearance according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a double symmetry with respect to two planes perpendicular to each other and perpendicular to the middle plane of the component, this double symmetry defining four quadrants themselves including ribs, grooves and pins (N,12,14,15,27,28,29,30,31,36,39) and holes (13,18,19,20,21,22,23,26) fulfilling the same functions.

Multifunctional component (P) with a flat appearance according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the ribbed face includes concentric and radial stiffening ribs (N), positioning ribs (12) for the outer supporting components of the foot type (R) and housings (15) with fixing clips (16) provided to house studs (17) secured to plate-type components (S) or a cover (B).

Multifunctional component (P) with a flat appearance according to claim 6, characterized in that the said lateral groove (28) consists of a curvy linear portion at the level of each end of which a change in direction is produced in a portion directed along the cord connecting the said ends, this last portion ending at the level of an end pin 31 at the level of which it turns through a right angle towards the curvilinear portion and ends close to the said pin (31).
  8. Multifunctional part (P) with a flat appearance according to one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that a clipping hook (40) is situated in the vicinity of each end of the lateral ribs (28).
  9. Multifunctional component (P) with a flat appearance according to one of claims 7 and 8, characterized in that at the end of the curvy linear portion of each lateral groove (28) at the level of the change of direction, the ribbed face includes a stop (39) placed at the ends of the grooves (36) extending along the sides corresponding to the bottom and to the opening.

Storage tower including at least two multifunctional components (P) with a flat appearance according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the base of each storage volume (V1, V2) consists of a multifunctional component (P) with a flat appearance of which the ribbed face is the lower face to which are fixed wheeled supporting feet (R) or small supporting columns (C) separating two consecutive storage volumes (V1, V2) by a free space, the upper ribbed face housing the lateral walls (1, 2) and the bottom walls (4) and the inner lateral blank sheets (3) and optionally a closing shutter (S) for the storage volume (V1, V2).
  18. Storage tower including at least two multifunctional components (P) with a flat appearance according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the top of each storage volume consists of a component (P) with a flat appearance of which the grooved face is the lower face housing the lateral walls (1, 2) and the bottom walls (4) and the inner lateral blank sheets (3) and optionally a closing shutter (S) for the storage volume (V1, V2), the upper ribbed face receiving a plate (S) or a cover (B).
