Definitions
- the invention relates to an apparatus and a method for electronically securing articles against theft, consisting of a securing element that is in the article is integrated within a zone to be secured from the query field of a transmission device to transmission a characteristic signal is excited, wherein a Receiving device when recognizing the characteristic Signals triggers an alarm.
- the securing element itself can also be on or immediately below the surface of the Article, but is inextricably linked to it.
- Source-secured articles i.e. articles that are for the security element used for electronic article surveillance already when the article is made in these is integrated, are already from DE 38 32 289 A1 known.
- the securing element is between two opposite layers of paper pulp positioned off then a sheet of paper in a normal process will be produced.
- DE-A1-42 42 992 describes an arrangement for article security, in particular for CD recording devices, described in which the securing element, for example, immediately embedded in the plastic of the CD-disc or as an integral part of it is attached.
- a securing element is a soft magnetic strip
- a soft magnetic one Foil or an electrical resonant circuit is used.
- hard magnetic Tiles stored for deactivation - for example after paying the Items at the checkout - are magnetizable. The alarm is given with the usual detector for magnetic fields made up of transmitter and receiver.
- the invention has for its object a device and to propose procedures to secure sources of Allow articles made of different materials are made.
- the task is thereby regarding the device solved that the securing element is surrounded by a dimensionally stable sheathing and during the manufacturing process for the article embedded in this or was integrated, and remains in it.
- the securing elements are dimensionally stable, in particular if it is stripe elements, from very thin, tinsel-like metal strips made without appropriate support due to their flexibility only are difficult to process. So dimensionally stable means not that the securing elements must have a rigid shape, but that they are so must be inflexible that they can be handled without any problems.
- the securing element is an active or deactivatable one Strip element that is of a dimensionally stable Plastic sheath is surrounded; still exists the article or at least consist of parts of the article Plastic; production takes place by injection molding; the plastic of the casing is chosen such that it during the injection molding of the article or part of it Article melts, so that the securing element with the finished article or part of the finished article intimate connection.
- This part can be for example around the plastic housing of an electrical one Device, e.g. a drill.
- the Security element around an active or deactivatable Strip element is that of a dimensionally stable Plastic sheath is surrounded, and that Securing element in an original in the article existing opening is embedded and sealed.
- the Device proposed according to the invention that the Securing element in a specially in the article introduced opening is embedded and sealed. For example, this opening is drilled in the article.
- the device provides that the dimensionally stable Securing element around a made of thin film material manufactured CD ring, which during the Injection molding the CD positioned around its central opening is.
- CD rings became known around the center opening be glued onto the CD from the outside. This well known However, the procedure is problematic in that it glued rings while playing the CD from this peel off and possibly damage the CD player.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the invention Device suggests that it Fuse element around a resonance frequency fuse element or is an acousto-magnetic security element, the individual parts of the securing element interconnecting adhesive a melting temperature have that above the injection molding of the Plastic temperature is required. This characteristic is absolutely necessary insofar as the adhesive layer with resonance frequency fuse elements the function between the conductor tracks or circuit boards arranged dielectric layer takes over. Melt that dielectric layer, so is the functionality of the Security element of course no longer exist.
- the method provides that the securing element in Extrusion process with a plastic jacket is provided and that the jacketed fuse element in an article or in part of an article is embedded or integrated in the article.
- Extrusion processes for sheathing are, for example, in Power cable manufacturing is common.
- the transfer of this method according to the invention into the The area of electronic article surveillance is included here a significant cost reduction in the manufacture of the jacketed fuse elements connected.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the securing element in a Injection mold is inserted that the material of the Sheathing is chosen such that it during the Injection molding melts and that the fuse element after Solidify the plastic with the article connected is.
- the securing element is available as a single part and from a feed device is placed in the injection mold.
- the securing element as a CD ring
- the CD ring made of thin film material placed in an injection mold and is positioned within the injection mold such that integrated into the CD around the center opening of the CD becomes.
- the object on which the invention is based solved by the following procedural steps: the securing element is in the extrusion process with a plastic jacket provided and one during the assembly process applicator used in the cosmetic area in the shaft of the applicator.
- the Source protection achieved in that the securing element during the usual assembly steps involved in Production of an article is required in a suitable part of the article is embedded.
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an inventive Fuse element 1.
- the fuse element 1 it is a strip element 2, the purpose Improve its stability with a jacket 3 is provided.
- the casing 3 is preferably plastic, which in the extrusion process the strip element 2 is attached around and it completely encased below. Through the casing 3 a dimensional stability of the securing element 2 is achieved, its its easy integration into other processing processes allowed.
- Fig. 2 shows a plan view of a deactivatable Strip element 2.
- the strip element 2 consists of a Strip of soft magnetic material 4, on the Sections of semi-hard or hard magnetic material 5 are arranged.
- the manufacturing materials for the Strip elements 2 are relatively expensive. Hence these made as thin and narrow as possible. Hence, they are regarding their consistency with tinsel comparable. Such materials are not dimensionally stable difficult to process; this applies to both their Inclusion in automatic as well as manual Manufacturing processes.
- the casing 3 can effectively eliminate this deficiency.
- FIGS. 3a and 3b show longitudinal sections through embodiments of an injection molding device 6 for carrying out the method according to the invention. Description
