Claims (5)
- Belegdruckeinrichtung (8), in deren Papierweg (10) eine durch einen ersten Elektromotor (28) angetriebene Papiertransporteinrichtung (12), eine Druckstation (14), eine Schneideinrichtung (16) zum Abtrennen einzelner Belege (18) von einer Endlospapierbahn (20) und eine Belegsammelstation (22) für abgetrennte Belege angeordnet sind,
deren Belegsammelstation (22) als durch einen vierten Elektromotor (38) drehbare Trommel (40) ausgebildet ist, auf deren Außenseite zwischen einer an der Mantelfläche anliegenden Klemmstellung und einer abgehobenen Freigabestellung unabhängig vom Drehantrieb (28) der Trommel (40) verstellbare Klemmelemente (44) angeordnet sind, wobei ein Beleg (18) an einer Übergabeposition bei einer bestimmten ersten Winkelposition (0°) der Trommel (40) relativ zum Papierweg (10) unter die abgehobenen Klemmelemente (44) zu laufen vermag,
wobei im Papierweg (10) eine auf die Vorderkante der Endlospapierbahn (20) ansprechende Lichtschranke (48) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommel (40) in ihrer Ruhestellung eine zweite Winkelposition (-x°) einnimmt, die gegenüber der ersten Winkelposition (0°) -in Drehrichtung der Trommel (40) gesehen- um ein vorgebbares Winkelmaß zurückversetzt ist, und ausgehend von der zweiten Winkelposition (-x°) auf die Meldung der Vorderkante der Endlospapierbahn (20) derart beschleunigt wird, daß die Trommel (40) zum Zeitpunkt des Einlaufens der Vorderkante der Endlospapierbahn (20) in die Übergabeposition die erste Winkelposition (0°) erreicht hat und die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Trommel (40) mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit der Papiertransporteinrichtung (12) übereinstimmt. - Belegdruckeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckstation (14) eine Thermodruckleiste (32) umfaßt, der eine durch einen zweiten Elektromotor (33) drehbare Druckwalze (34) gegenübersteht.
- Belegdruckeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente (44) während der Rotation der Trommel (40) durch einen fünften Elektromotor (46) zwischen ihrer Freigabestellung und ihrer Klemmstellung verstellbar sind.
- Belegdruckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung (16) eine durch einen dritten Elektromotor (37) quer zum Papierweg (10) bewegbare Schneidrolle (36) umfaßt.
- Belegdruckeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein die Papiertransporteinrichtung (12) antreibender erster Elektromotor (28), der zweite (33) und der vierte Elektromotor (38) als Schrittmotor ausgebildet sind,daß mit der Erfassung der Vorderkante der Endlospapierbahn (20) durch die Lichtschranke (48) der vierte Elektromotor (38) mit eine vorgegebene Beschleunigungsrampe definierenden Schrittimpulsen beaufschlagt und zugleich die Länge eines Belegs (18) ausgehend von der Vorderkante der Endlospapierbahn (20) aus der Zahl der Schrittimpulse des zweiten Elektromotors (33) ermittelt wird,und daß bei Erreichen einer vorgegebenen Soll-Beleglänge der erste (28), der zweite (33) und der vierte Elektromotor (38) angehalten und die Schneideinrichtung (16) betätigt wird.
