Description
- un caisson fixe scellé dans le sol,
- une borne mobile en translation longitudinale entre une position haute dans laquelle la partie supérieur de la borne s'étend à l'extérieur du caisson fixe et une position basse dans laquelle la totalité de la borne est escamotable dans le caisson fixe,
- un système de motorisation comprenant un motoréducteur et des moyens de transmission, ladite motorisation permettant le mouvement de translation de la borne mobile.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'une borne escamotable selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention lorsque la borne mobile est en position basse,
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe longitudinale de la borne escamotable de la figure 1 lorsque la borne est en position haute,
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle en coupe longitudinale d'un pilier central dans le mode de réalisation des figures 1 et 2,
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus du pilier central de la figure 3,
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'une borne escamotable selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention lorsque la borne mobile est en position basse,
- la figure 6 est un schéma de principe de la motorisation de la figure 5.
- la montée de la borne mobile est obtenue par la mise en tension du motoréducteur, l'axe d'entraínement dudit motoréducteur entraínant en rotation sur elle-même la pièce d'accouplement (17). Le lien flexible de transmission (19) s'enroule alors autour de ladite pièce d'accouplement (17) et les extrémités (20,21) permettant de tracter la borne mobile (3) vers le haut et donc la partie supérieure. Au fur et à mesure de la montée, le diamètre des spires augmente induisant une accélération du mouvement ascendant de la borne. En position haute, la collerette dont est munie la partie supérieure (3a) vient se bloquer sur le couvercle (6) du caisson fixé (2) et le frein 24 Volts bloque le moteur,
- la descente de la borne se fait d'elle-même par gravité, la rotation inverse de la pièce d'accouplement permettant le déroulement du lien flexible de transmission et donc la descente du chariot mobile.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour permettre ou empêcher le passage d'un véhicule et comportant :un caisson fixe (2) scellé au sol,une borne mobile (3) présentant un axe longitudinal de symétrie et en translation longitudinale entre une position haute dans laquelle la partie supérieure (3a) de ladite borne s'étend à l'extérieur du caisson fixe et une position basse dans laquelle la totalité de ladite borne est escamotée dans le caisson fixe,une motorisation comprenant un motoréducteur (4) à arbre d'entraínement (11) et des moyens de transmission (17,19), ladite motorisation permettant le mouvement de translation de ladite borne mobile,les moyens de transmission (17,19) se composant d'une pièce d'accouplement (17) solidaire de l'arbre d'entraínement (11) du motoréducteur (4) et d'un lien flexible (19),le mouvement de rotation de l'arbre d'entraínement (11) du motoréducteur (4) induisant la montée en position haute de la borne mobile par l'enroulement du lien flexible (19) autour de la pièce d'accouplement (17), la descente en position basse de ladite borne mobile (3) se faisant par gravité,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le caisson fixe (2) comporte fixé en partie basse un pilier central creux (7) dans lequel est logé de manière fixe le motoréducteur (4), la borne mobile (3) étant montée sur ledit pilier central creux (7) de manière à pouvoir coulisser le long de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une couronne (9) vient obturer l'ouverture supérieure (12) du pilier central (7), ladite couronne (9) étant fixée sur la paroi intérieure dudit pilier central (7), le motoréducteur étant suspendu en position verticale et solidarisé sur la face inférieure de ladite couronne (9) par des moyens de fixation, une découpe centrale (10) de la couronne permettant le passage de l'arbre d'entraínement (11) du motoréducteur (4) à l'extérieur du pilier central (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couronne (9) comporte, fixés diamétralement opposés sur sa face supérieure, au moins deux rouleaux (24,25) montés à rotation et recevant le lien flexible de transmission (19) coulissant de part et d'autre le long du pilier central.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (3a) de la borne creuse mobile (3) consiste en un corps cylindrique (15) muni à son extrémité inférieure (15a) d'une collerette (16) et la partie inférieure (3b) de la borne creuse mobile (3) consiste en un chariot mobile (14) muni d'un rebord circulaire supérieur et apte à coulisser le long du pilier central creux (7), ledit corps cylindrique (15) étant porté sur ledit rebord circulaire supérieur (14a) comportant deux lumières (22,23) permettant le passage du lien flexible de transmission (19), chaque extrémité (20,21) dudit lien flexible étant fixée sur la paroi intérieure du chariot mobile (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi intérieure du chariot mobile (14) et la paroi extérieure du pilier central (7) comportent des moyens complémentaires de guidage en translation longitudinale dudit chariot mobile.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur réducteur (4) est placé dans un caisson (26) extérieurement au caisson (2) de la borne, l'arbre d'entraínement (11) du moteur étant vertical, deux rouleaux de renvois fixés en partie haute du caisson fixe (2) renvoient extérieurement à celui-ci le lien de transmission (19) par un jeu de poulies intermédiaires (27), vers le moteur réducteur (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le motoréducteur comporte un frein intérieur permettant de bloquer le moteur lorsque la borne mobile (3) est en position haute, une alimentation du type batterie permettant en absence de tension d'alimenter ledit frein pour permettre la descente de la borne mobile (3) en position basse.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque de revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (3a) de la borne mobile (3) présente des zones de fragilité.
