Claims (12)
- Stufe für eine Fahrtreppe oder Palette für einen Fahrsteig, mit einer Trittfläche (12), die eine Vielzahl sich in Fahrtrichtung der Fahrtreppe oder des Fahrsteigs erstreckender Stege (16) und Nuten (14) aufweist, wobei die Stufe (10) oder Palette im wesentlichen aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, der hintere Rand der Trittfläche (12) eine Ausnehmung (26) aufweist, die ein Verstärkungsprofil (22) unverlierbar aufnimmt.
- Stufe oder Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (22) ein hohles Metallprofil ist, das mit höchstens geringem Spiel in der Ausnehmung (26) aufgenommen ist.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hintere Bereich der Trittfläche (12) an seiner Unterseite Stützrippen (28) aufweist, die sich nach unten erstrecken und die von dem Verstärkungsprofil (22) durchtreten sind.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (22) als Rechteckrohr ausgebildet ist, dessen Seiten sich parallel bzw. senkrecht zur Trittfläche (12) erstrecken.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (22) ein Rechteckrohr aufweist, dessen Höhe nahezu dem Doppelten seiner Breite entspricht, und das sich über im wesentlichen die gesamte Breite der Stufe (10) oder der Palette erstreckt.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (22) in eine Stützstruktur (24) eingebettet ist, die Rippen (28) aufweist, die sich im wesentlichen dreieckig unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) erstrecken, wobei der vordere Schenkel des Dreiecks die Trittfläche (12) von unten, insbesondere jenseits von deren Längsmitte, trifft.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Stützstruktur (24) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) vorgesehen ist, die Rippen (28) aufweist, deren der Trittfläche (12) abgewandte Kanten verstärkt sind.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Stützstruktur (24) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) einen Unterzug aufweist, der sich unterhalb des Verstärkungsprofils (22), insbesondere unmittelbar angrenzend an dieses, erstreckt.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (22) in einer Mehrzahl von Ausnehmungen (26) einer Stützstruktur (24) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) aufgenommen ist und mit mindestens einem Halteelement (50), insbesondere einem Spannstift, dort formschlüssig unverlierbar gehalten ist.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verstärkungsprofil (22) so geformt ist, daß es in ohnehin vorhandenen Ausnehmungen (26) in Rippen (28) einer Stützstruktur (24) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) aufnehmbar ist.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (26) in der Stützstruktur (24) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) zum hinteren Rand der Trittfläche (12) offen und das Verstärkungsprofil (22) von dieser Seite einschiebbar ist.
- Stufe oder Palette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Verstärkungsprofilen (22) entsprechend den in einer Stützstruktur (24) unterhalb der Trittfläche (12) vorgesehenen Ausnehmungen (26) angeordnet sind.
