Claims (8)
- Rollenwickeleinrichtung für eine Materialbahnrolle mit einer Rollenentlastungseinrichtung, die einen Blaskasten mit einem Druckluftanschluß aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckluftanschluß (5) eine Regeleinrichtung (11) aufweist, die einen Spalt (8, 9) zwischen der Materialbahnrolle (3) und dem Blaskasten (4) auf einen vorbestimmten Sollwert regelt.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit der Regeleinrichtung (11) verbundene Sensoreinrichtung (10, 13) die Dicke des Spaltes (8, 9) zwischen mindestens einem Rand (6, 7) des Blaskastens (4) in Umfangsrichtung der Materialbahnrolle (3) und der Umfangsfläche der Materialbahnrolle (3) ermittelt.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoreinrichtung (10, 13) als Tastrolle ausgebildet ist, die sich über die gesamte axiale Ausdehnung des Blaskastens (4) erstreckt.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blaskasten (4) eine kürzere axiale Erstreckung als die Materialbahnrolle (3) aufweist.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Stirnseiten (15, 16) des Blaskastens (4) Dichtbänder angeordnet sind, die endlos umlaufen und mit ihrem oberen Trum (24) an der Materialbahnrolle (3) anliegen.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtbänder (17) an den Stirnseiten (15, 16) des Blaskastens (4) anliegen.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine in Axialrichtung wirkende Andrückeinrichtung (27, 28) an den Dichtbändern (17) anliegt.
- Wickeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtband (17) zumindest an seiner am Blaskasten (4) anliegenden Seite reibungsarm mit der Außenwand des Blaskastens (4) zusammenwirkt.
