Abstract

The invention relates to detergents for universal and special operations, consisting of three basic modules, one anion module which contains up to 5-15 wt.% alkyl (C12) benzene sulphonate dissolved in water, one non-ionic module which has up to 10-20 wt.% fatty alcohol ethoxylate, up to 5-10 wt.% fatty alcohol alkoxylate, 0-0.2 wt.% complexing agent dissolved in demineralised water, and a solubilizer module of 45-100 wt.% dipropylene glycol and 0-55 wt.% diethanolamine or triethanolamine. The proportion of these basic modules amounts to at least 96 % of the concentrates used and/or the active substances contained in the cleaning solution, and is completed to 100 % by the addition of small amounts of specific active substances, such as anti-corrosives and/or fragrance. Due to the modular structure of the products, many possibilities exist for their universal use in households and in trade, as well as for the specific applications of surface cleaning of metals and plastics, and in the cleaning of jewellery and gems. The products contain a small number of substances, are easy to produce, and, because of the selection of materials, correspond to the best possible criteria for environmental compatibility and biodegradability.

Trocken nachreiben. When using the concentrate as an addition to wash water are usually 5 to max. 10 ml per liter of wash water is sufficient for normal cleaning tasks. When using on a carrier (cloth or cleaning fleece) two to three Put drops on the carrier, moisten with a little water and carry out the cleaning. Rub dry.

Beispiel 2.
Example 2. Anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are produced as described in Example 1. 27-35% by weight of anion module, 55-63% by weight of nonionic module, 9.8-9.95% by weight of solubilizer module and 0.05-0.2% by weight of an anti-corrosive are mixed and made up to 100% with demineralized water .% added. This concentrate is used to clean metallic surfaces (including aluminum). Thanks to the built-in corrosion inhibitor, the concentrate can also be used in warm (pH-neutral) metal baths.
The preparation of the cleaning solution depends on the respective application. When used as a cold cleaner, 1 part of the concentrate is stirred into 1, 2 or 4 parts of water (for oil and fat-containing impurities, concentration depending on the degree of contamination), when used as a warm cleaner, 1 part of the concentrate is stirred into 4 - 19 parts of water . The cleaning solution prepared in this way is applied (or sprayed on) to the surface to be cleaned or the parts to be cleaned are placed in the cleaning solution. After the exposure time (depending on the degree of soiling and the method of application (cold / warm)), rinse with water ("rinse off").
When used as a pressure washer, 1 part of the concentrate is stirred into 19 - 49 parts of water. For a single-phase cleaning, the cleaning solution is filled in and applied according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the high-pressure cleaner. For a two-phase cleaning, the cleaning solution (cold cleaner) is applied to the surface to be cleaned. After the exposure time (depending on the degree of contamination) with the high-pressure cleaner solution (usually a concentration of 1:49 is sufficient), proceed according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the high-pressure cleaner (corresponding to the single-phase cleaning).

Beispiel 3.
Example 3. Anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are produced as described in Example 1. 10% by weight of anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are mixed with 0.4-1% by weight of fragrance oil and made up to 100% by weight with demineralized water. This special cleaning solution is used to remove dirt, oil and grease residues on polymer-coated housings of computers, monitors, printers and other peripheral devices in the IT industry.
The cleaning solution is either sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned using a commercially available pump sprayer or applied to the surface to be cleaned using a cotton cloth moistened with the solution. Both methods should cover the area as completely as possible. After a short exposure time (usually and with normal soiling approx. 6 to 10 seconds), the surface is wiped dry with a dry cotton cloth in the second cleaning step. No further cleaning steps are required.

Beispiel 4.
