Description
The invention relates to the use of formulations containing selected surfactants included, for repeated treatment of solid surfaces during or after Cleaning processes, with the result that later soiling or Contamination of the surfaces treated in this way using conventional means are easier to remove than when the dirt or contamination is on Adhere to surfaces that have not been treated with the formulations according to the invention were.
When cleaning surfaces, especially surfaces that come with stubborn dirt is often a lot of work required to remove as much residue as possible from the surfaces. The The detergent manufacturing industry offers chemical agents that are most suitable due to their good effectiveness Remove impurities. The manufacturers of cleaning machines or - Plants contribute to this through skilful plant design and coordinated Process to remove impurities from a wide variety of surfaces.
Although this interaction of cleaning agents, mechanics, temperature and Time works fine in many cases, there is a need for economic and ecological reasons, cleaning operations with less and / or better compatible cleaning agents and / or in a shorter time and / or at lower Temperature and / or with less mechanical / mechanical and / or manual Effort to perform.
In practical use, it is common for a Process parameters, e.g. of time, chemistry, temperature or mechanics another process parameter is simultaneously increased. This has the disadvantage that one in one criterion, e.g. chemical consumption, an improvement can achieve, but thereby worsening other criteria in purchase must take, such as at the temperature or too high energy consumption or Extension of the whole process.
The provision of surfaces with permanently adhesive connections would bring a reduction in cleaning effort. It has however, in practice it turned out that for this permanent equipment used compounds based on fluoroaliphatic silyl ethers or others systems based mostly on silicon compounds or fluorine compounds usually have various disadvantages. For one, these will be Permanent equipment across multiple cleaning processes contrary to yours Task removed from the surface, resulting in a loss of dirt-repellent effect. By making the strong adhering compounds, for example in the mechanical process, in the Washing device and get into the lines and other peripherals, resulting disadvantages, such as deposits and precipitations up to fist-sized Conglomerates of the coating in the cleaning device. The result is Malfunctions in the cleaning process up to machine standstill. It also adds that the silicon or commonly used for permanent equipment Fluorine compounds are usually hardly biodegradable and therefore from ecological Reasons are questionable.
Therefore, the present invention did not have the task of permanent equipment to achieve surfaces with dirt-repellent compounds, but specifically for formulations for the treatment of surfaces looking for that are applied during or after a cleaning process can, and as long as put the surface in a state that Contamination or contamination from the surfaces treated in this way Use of conventional means are easier to remove than in the case of so dirty or contaminated surfaces, the surfaces treated in this way should lose the desired effect if not during or after the next Cleaning process the treatment is renewed.
The present invention thus relates to the use of formulations for the repeated treatment of solid surfaces during or after a cleaning process, the formulations at least one non-alkoxylated surfactant containing alkyl groups selected from the group of

The cleaning solution is adjusted so that the concentration of Perclin Supra in the tank is 1 g per liter of water.
The supply line for the rinse aid dispenser is connected between the boiler and the tank of the dishwasher (single-tank dishwasher). The grid position of the dosing device is set so that approx. 0.57 g of rinse aid is added per liter of softened water. The one-tank dishwasher is set to consume about 5 liters of softened water per rinse cycle.
The temperature of the water in the rinse aid is set to 75 ° C.
In the now prepared one-tank dishwasher, 6 are cleaned per test Dinner plate used by means of a basket. The dinner plates are there upright and offset in the crockery basket. The dishwasher is locked and the plates are cleaned with a cleaning step at 60 ° C for 60 seconds subjected to aqueous Perclin Supra solution. Following the cleaning step the rinse cycle starts immediately. In experiment 1 the aqueous 70 ° C warm solution of a commercial rinse aid 1 and Experiment 2, the aqueous 70 ° C. warm solution of a rinse aid 2 according to the invention applied to the dinner plate. After the rinse cycle is finished Dishwasher opened and the crockery basket with the plates removed. The so Treated dinner plates are after cooling and drying Room temperature according to a standardized test method with a Starch soiled. An approximately 6% aqueous solution is used for this Composition containing cornstarch after boiling to 75 ° C cooled and approx. 4 mL applied per plate with a brush. The treated like this Plates are left to stand for at least 3 hours and then left for 16 hours dry approx. 80 ° C. After cooling, the plates are as in the text below described further processed.
With the according to experiment 1 and experiment 2 with different rinse aids treated and then soiled dinner plates, the cleaning step in the one-tank dishwasher is repeated. For this, the tank of the one-tank dishwasher again filled with softened water. Per liter softened Water is added to 1 g of Perclin Supra dishwashing detergent. The one-tank dishwasher is brought to an operating temperature of 60 ° C. The soiled plates are again in an upright position by means of a Dish rack brought into the dishwasher and the one-tank dishwasher will be closed. The cleaning step, each lasting 60 seconds, is repeated five times repeated so that a total of five minutes is cleaned. Immediately afterwards, the Dishwasher opened and the crockery basket with the dishwasher's dinner plates taken. The dinner plates dry and cool at room temperature. The To visualize the remaining starch residues, dinner plates are briefly put into one prepared by default by dissolving iodine and potassium iodide in water Iodine solution immersed.
Die sichtbar gemachte verbliebene Stärkeanschmutzung wird mittels
Vergleichstellern bewertet.
The remaining starch soiling made visible is assessed by means of comparators. The rating scale ranges from 0 = not clean (no starch distance visible) to 10 = optimally clean.
The dinner plates, which are treated according to experiment 1 with a commercial rinse aid 1, achieve an average value of 3.5.
The dinner plates, which are treated according to experiment 2 with a rinse aid 2 according to the invention and otherwise go through the same conditions, achieve an average value of 6.5.
When using a formulation to be used according to the invention, the evaluation of the cleaning result is three points better than in the case of dinner plates which are treated with conventional formulations.
Treatment with a formulation that contains sodium lauryl sulfate thus brings visible relief to the cleaning process of surfaces, as shown in the example of the dinner plate.
