Claims (22)

  1. Schachtel (1; 73; 83; 103, 103') aus blattartigem Wellpappen- oder gleichwertigem Material mit einem polygonalen Querschnitt, die Seitenflächen (2, 3, 4, 5; 33, 35; 51, 52, 53, 54; 97, 98), eine den Deckel bildende Oberseite (6) und eine den Boden der Schachtel bildende Unterseite (7) umfaßt, wobei die genannte Oberseite im Verhältnis zur Außenfläche der Oberseite nach außen überstehende vorstehende Teile und der genannte Boden offene Teile aufweist, die eine zu den vorstehenden Teilen komplementäre Form aufweisen und so ausgelegt sind, daß sie mit den genannten vorstehenden Teilen einer darunter angeordneten Schachtel in Eingriff treten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die vorstehenden Teile aus zumindest zwei auf zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten des genannten Deckels befindlichen Laschen (8, 9; 44; 69; 84; 104) gebildet werden, die auf der einen Seite entweder aus einer Umschlagklappe der in diesem Fall durch die Übereinanderlagerung von Umschlagklappen gebildeten Oberseite oder aus der an die genannte Oberseite angrenzenden Seitenfläche ausgestanzt sind und auf der anderen Seite parallel und im wesentlichen zusammenfallend mit der Verbindungslinie (11; 42; 63; 88) zwischen der genannten Oberseite und der angrenzenden Seitenfläche umklappbar angeordnet sind, wobei die genannten Laschen jeweils auf die Außenfläche der genannten Oberseite umgeschlagen werden, mit der sie verleimt werden, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die offenen Teile aus zumindest zwei den genannten Laschen entsprechenden Aussparungen bzw. ausgeschnittenen Teilen (13, 14; 38; 62; 102; 105) gebildet werden, die auf der genannten Unterseite ausgeführt sind und deren allgemeine Form komplementär zur Form der Laschen ist.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (7) und die Seitenflächen zumindest teilweise mittels eines korbförmigen Aufnahmeteils (30) gebildet werden, wobei der Deckel der Schachtel aus einem mit zumindest einer seitlichen Umschlagklappe (43) versehenen Abschnitt (41) gebildet wird, zumindest eine Lasche (44) aus der genannten seitlichen Umschlagklappe ausgestanzt wird und die genannten Laschen zur Verleimung auf dem die Oberseite bildenden Abschnitt (41) umgeschlagen werden.

Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite und die Seitenflächen aus einem Zuschnitt mit einer Reihe von mindestens vier zur Ausbildung der Seitenflächen geeigneten Hauptabschnitten gebildet werden, die über Verbindungslinien miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeder Hauptabschnitt mit einer unteren Umschlagklappe versehen ist, die genannten unteren Umschlagklappen zur Ausbildung des Bodens der Schachtel geeignet sind, der Deckel der Schachtel durch einen mit mindestens einer seitlichen Umschlagklappe versehenen Mittelabschnitt gebildet wird, zumindest eine Lasche aus der seitlichen Umschlagklappe ausgestanzt ist und die genannten Laschen zur Verleimung auf dem die Oberseite bildenden Mittelabschnitt umgeschlagen werden.

Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Zuschnitt mit einer Reihe von mindestens vier zur Ausbildung der Seitenflächen geeigneten Hauptabschnitten gebildet wird, die über Verbindungslinien miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeder Hauptabschnitt mit einer oberen und einer unteren, jeweils auf einer Seite des genannten Hauptabschnitts angeordneten Umschlagklappe versehen ist, die genannten oberen Umschlagklappen zur Ausbildung des Deckels der Schachtel und die genannten unteren Umschlagklappen zur Ausbildung des Bodens der Schachtel geeignet sind, die Laschen aus den Seitenflächen der Schachtel ausgestanzt sind und die Aussparungen in den unteren Umschlagklappen ausgeführt sind.

Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt (15) mit einer Reihe von zumindest vier über Verbindungslinien (17) miteinander verbundenen Hauptabschnitten (2, 3, 4, 5) gebildet wird, wobei jeder Hauptabschnitt mit einer oberen Umschlagklappe (18', 18", 18"') und einer unteren Umschlagklappe (19', 19", 19"') versehen ist, die jeweils auf einer Seite des genannten Hauptabschnitts angeordnet sind, und die genannten oberen und unteren Umschlagklappen zur Ausbildung zweier Seitenwände der Schachtel geeignet sind, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (8, 9) aus den unteren Umschlagklappen (19") und den oberen Umschlagklappen (18") eines ersten, den Deckel bildenden Abschnitts (6) ausgestanzt sind, wobei die Aussparungen in einem zweiten Abschnitt (7) ausgeführt sind, der nicht an den ersten Abschnitt angrenzt und der den Boden der Schachtel bildet.
  6. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden und der Deckel jeweils zwei sich gegenüberliegende äußere Umschlagklappen (60, 64) und zwei sich gegenüberliegende, unterhalb der genannten äußeren Umschlagklappen angeordnete innere Umschlagklappen (61, 68) aufweisen, wobei die genannten Umschlagklappen jeweils durch Faltlinien (59, 63) mit den Seitenflächen verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Laschen (69; 100) auf der einen Seite aus den inneren Umschlagklappen ausgestanzt sind und jeweils auf der anderen Seite parallel zu den Faltlinien der genannten inneren Umschlagklappen umklappbar angeordnet sind, wobei die genannten äußeren Umschlagklappen mit den an die Laschen angrenzenden Teilen der inneren Umschlagklappen verleimt werden und die genannten Laschen jeweils die genannten äußeren Umschlagklappen, mit denen sie verleimt werden, bedecken.
  7. Schachtel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Umschlagklappen an den Verbindungswinkeln mit den Faltlinien Aussparungen (65) aufweisen und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Umschlagklappen nach außen überstehende Teile (72) aufweisen, die in die genannten Aussparungen eingreifen.
  8. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Umschlagklappen auf den Faltlinien (92) angeordnete Zwischenaussparungen (91) aufweisen und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Umschlagklappen nach außen überstehende, sich jeweils gegenüberliegende Endteile (89) enthalten, die in die genannten Zwischenaussparungen eingreifen.
  9. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vier sich paarweise gegenüberliegende Laschen (104), die mit der Außenfläche der den Deckel der Schachtel bildenden Oberseite verleimt werden, und auf der Unterseite der Schachtel vier sich jeweils gegenüberliegende Aussparungen (105) aufweist.
  10. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen durch Ausführung einer umlaufenden Aussparung (22, 45, 70, 110) um die genannten Laschen herum ausgestanzt werden.
  11. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lasche eine rechteckige oder gleichschenkelig trapezförmige Form aufweist.
  12. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schachtel zu beiden Seiten des Deckels jeweils einen Schlitz (66, 78) aufweist, der parallel zu und mit einem bestimmten Abstand von den Verbindungslinien (63, 81) zwischen der Seitenfläche und der mit verleimten Laschen (69) versehenen Oberseite angeordnet ist, wobei die Enden der genannten Schlitze mittels Abreißlinien (67) mit den genannten Verbindungslinien an deren äußersten Verbindungsecken verbunden sind und die Abreißlinien zum Öffnen der Schachtel durch Aufreißen des genannten Deckels geeignet sind, wobei dieser ausgehend von den beiden Schlitzen zur Außenseite der Schachtel gezogen wird.
  13. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie acht Seiten aufweist, nämlich vier Hauptseiten (97), die durch abgeschnittene Ecken bildende Zwischenseiten (98) voneinander getrennt sind, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie um einen Kern herum ausgebildet wird.
  14. Zuschnitt (15; 50; 96) oder Satz von Zuschnitten (31, 40) aus blattartigem Wellpappen- oder gleichwertigem Material, der zur Ausbildung einer einen polygonalen Querschnitt aufweisenden Schachtel mit Seitenflächen (2, 3, 4, 5; 33, 35; 51, 52, 53, 54; 97, 98), einer den Deckel bildenden Oberseite (6) und einer den Boden der Schachtel bildenden Unterseite (7) bestimmt ist, wobei der Zuschnitt bzw. Satz von Zuschnitten einen zur Ausbildung des Deckels der Schachtel bestimmten ersten Zuschnittsteil bzw. Zuschnitt aufweist, wobei der genannte erste Zuschnitt oder der genannte erste Zuschnittsteil einen mit zumindest einer seitlichen Umschlagklappe (18", 19"; 43) versehenen Abschnitt (6; 41) oder zwei sogenannte obere Umschlagklappen (68, 106) aufweist und der genannte Abschnitt oder die genannten oberen Umschlagklappen zur Ausbildung der genannten Oberseite bestimmt sind, und der Zuschnitt bzw. Satz von Zuschnitten einen zur Ausbildung des Bodens der Schachtel bestimmten zweiten Zuschnittsteil bzw. Zuschnitt (31) mit einem unteren Abschnitt (7, 32) oder zumindest zwei unteren Umschlagklappen (60; 111) aufweist, wobei der genannte untere Abschnitt bzw. die genannten beiden unteren Umschlagklappen zur Ausbildung der Unterseite der Schachtel geeignet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die genannte seitliche Umschlagklappe (18", 19"; 43) bzw. die genannten oberen Umschlagklappen (68, 106) jeweils zumindest eine Lasche (8, 9; 44, 69; 84; 104) aufweisen, die auf der einen Seite aus der genannten Umschlagklappe ausgestanzt und auf der anderen Seite mit der Oberseite oder dem angrenzenden Abschnitt mittels einer Faltlinie (12; 46) verbunden ist, die geringfügig im Verhältnis zur Faltlinie (11; 42) zwischen der genannten Umschlagklappe und dem genannten angrenzenden Abschnitt versetzt ist, wobei die genannten Laschen so ausgelegt sind, daß sie jeweils die Oberseite (6) bedecken, um mit ihr verleimt zu werden, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der genannte untere Abschnitt (7, 32) oder die genannten unteren Umschlagklappen (60, 111) Aussparungen (13, 14; 38; 105) oder ausgeschnittene Teile (62, 102) aufweisen, deren allgemeine Form nach der Ausbildung der Schachtel komplementär zur Form der Lasche ist.
  15. Zuschnitt oder Satz von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen zur Ausbildung des Deckels der Schachtel bestimmten ersten Zuschnittsteil bzw. ersten Zuschnitt umfaßt, der einen mit seitlichen Umschlagklappen versehenen Abschnitt (6, 41) und zumindest eine aus zumindest einer der genannten seitlichen Umschlagklappen ausgestanzte Lasche (8, 9, 44) aufweist, die so ausgelegt ist, daß sie umgeklappt und mit dem genannten, die Oberseite bildenden Abschnitt verleimt werden kann, und daß er einen zur Ausbildung des Bodens der Schachtel bestimmten zweiten Zuschnittsteil bzw. Zuschnitt (31) umfaßt, der einen auf allen seinen Seiten mit einer ersten Umschlagklappe versehenen Mittelabschnitt (7, 32) aufweist, wobei einige der zur Ausbildung der Seitenwände der Schachtel geeigneten ersten Umschlagklappen durch zweite seitliche Umschlagklappen ergänzt werden, und wobei der genannte Mittelabschnitt zumindest zwei sich jeweils entlang der Verbindungslinien (24, 34) mit den ersten Umschlagklappen gegenüberliegen Aussparungen (13, 14; 38) aufweist, deren Form komplementär zur Form der Laschen ist und die so ausgelegt sind, daß sie bei Ausbildung der Schachtel im Verhältnis zu den Laschen lotrecht unter diesen liegen.
  16. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Reihe von mindestens vier durch Verbindungslinien (17) miteinander verbundene Hauptabschnitte (2, 4, 6, 7) umfaßt, wobei jeder Hauptabschnitt auf jeweils zwei Seiten mit einer oberen bzw. einer unteren Umgschlagklappe versehen ist, ein erster Hauptabschnitt (6) zur Ausbildung des Deckels der Schachtel geeignet ist und ein nicht an den ersten Hauptabschnitt angrenzender zweiter Hauptabschnitt (7) zur Ausbildung des Bodens der Schachtel geeignet ist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (8, 9) aus den unteren Umschlagklappen (19") und den oberen Umschlagklappen (18") des genannten Hauptabschnitts ausgestanzt und die Aussparungen (13, 14) im zweiten Hauptabschnitt (7) ausgeführt sind.
  17. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Reihe von durch erste parallele Faltlinien (56, 99) miteinander verbundenen seitlichen Abschnitten (51, 52, 53, 54; 97, 98) umfaßt, wobei ein erster Satz von Umschlagklappen, der mit einer Seite der genannten seitlichen Abschnitte durch senkrecht zu den genannten ersten Faltlinien verlaufende zweite Faltlinien (59) verbunden ist, zur Ausbildung des Bodens der Schachtel geeignet ist und ein zweiter Satz von Umschlagklappen, der mit der anderen Seite der genannten seitlichen Abschnitte durch senkrecht zu den ersten Faltlinien verlaufende dritte Faltlinien (63) verbunden ist, zur Ausbildung des Deckels der Schachtel geeignet ist, wobei der genannte erste und der genannte zweite Satz aus zwei sogenannten verschachtelten seitlichen Umschlagklappen (60, 64) mit zwei sogenannten inneren seitlichen Umschlagklappen (61, 68) ineinandergeschachtelt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die genannten inneren Umschlagklappen des Deckels jeweils eine auf einer Seite der genannten inneren Umschlagklappe ausgestanzte Lasche (69, 100) aufweisen, die auf der anderen Seite mit dem angrenzenden Abschnitt durch eine im wesentlichen mit der dritten Faltlinie der genannten Umschlagklappe zusammenfallende Faltlinie verbunden ist,
    wobei die genannten äußeren Umschlagklappen so ausgelegt sind, daß sie auf die Teile der inneren Umschlagklappen geleimt werden, die an die Laschen angrenzen, und die genannten Laschen so ausgelegt sind, daß sie die jeweiligen äußeren Umschlagklappen, mit denen sie verleimt sind, bedecken, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die seitlichen Teile der äußeren Umschlagklappen für den Boden Ausschnitte (62, 102) mit einer zur Form einer Halblasche komplementären Form aufweisen.
  18. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder am Umfang der den dritten Faltlinien gegenüberliegenden äußeren Umschlagklappen zwei Halbschlitze (66) aufweisen, die sich zu beiden Seiten der genannten Umschlagklappen und in einem bestimmten Abstand von den seitlichen Rändern der entsprechenden genannten Umschlagklappen befinden.
  19. Zuschnitt oder Satz von Zuschnitten nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in dem zur Ausbildung des Deckels der Schachtel bestimmten Abschnitt zwei sich gegenüberliegende Schlitze (78) aufweist.
  20. Zuschnitt oder Satz von Zuschnitten nach einem der Ansprüche 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Ende eines Schlitzes oder Halbschlitzes im genannten Deckel auf eine bestimmte Länge durch eine Trennlinie (67) verlängert wird, wobei die genannte Trennlinie schräg auf die Winkelecke der Verbindungslinie mit der angrenzenden Seitenfläche gerichtet ist und in der Nähe einer Lasche verläuft (69) und so ausgelegt ist, daß sie bei der Ausbildung der Schachtel in Richtung auf die Mitte des Deckels und jenseits des entsprechenden Randes der genannten Lasche und jenseits der Verleimungspunkte zu liegen kommt.
  21. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lasche eine rechteckige oder gleichschenkelig trapezförmige Form aufweist.
  22. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen durch Ausführung einer umlaufenden Aussparung (22, 45, 70, 110) um die genannten Laschen herum ausgestanzt werden.
