Claims (10)

  1. Satz von Zuschnitten aus Wellpappe oder dergleichen zur Ausbildung einer Schachtel (36, 36') mit polygonalem Querschnitt, umfassend Seitenflächen, eine den Schachteldeckel bildende obere Fläche und eine den Schachtelboden bildende untere Fläche, mit
    einem ersten Zuschnitt (1, 1', 1"), der geeignet ist, die Seitenflächen der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei der erste Zuschnitt eine mit einer Befestigungslasche (7) abschließende Folge (2) von vier rechteckigen Abschnitten (3, 4, 5, 6) umfasst, die untereinander durch parallele Faltlinien (8) verbunden sind, wobei jeder Abschnitt auf der einen Seite einen rechtwinklig zu den Faltlinien verlaufenden freien Rand (12, 13, 15, 16) aufweist, und
    einem zweiten und einem dritten Zuschnitt (21, 28) zur Bildung des Schachtelbodens bzw. des Schachteldeckels mit jeweils einem Mittelabschnitt (22, 29) zur Bildung der unteren Fläche bzw. der oberen Fläche, wobei jeder Mittelabschnitt mit zwei freien, einander gegenüberliegenden Rändern (26, 27, 33, 34) und mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Umschlagklappen (23, 24; 30, 31) versehen ist, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie zumindest teilweise die Außenseite von zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, zur Bildung der Seitenflächen geeigneten Abschnitte bedecken und im rechten Winkel zu den freien Rändern (12, 13; 15, 16) der jeweiligen Abschnitte verlaufen, um dort angeklebt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jeder Abschnitt des ersten Zuschnitts (1, 1', 1"), der auf der einen Seite einen freien Rand umfasst, auf der anderen Seite eine Umschlagklappe (10, 11, 17, 18) umfasst, die im Verhältnis zur Umschlagklappe des benachbarten Abschnitts gegenüber angeordnet ist, wobei die genannten Umschlagklappen so ausgelegt sind, dass sie die Außenseite der oberen Fläche bzw. der unteren Fläche bedekken, um dort angeklebt zu werden.
  2. Satz von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschlagklappen (10, 11) von zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Abschnitten (3, 5) der zur Bildung der Seitenflächen geeigneten Folge von Abschnitten seitliche Ränder (37) aufweisen, deren Form komplementär zu den seitlichen Rändern (38) der Umschlagklappen (17, 18) der benachbarten Abschnitte (4, 5) der Folge von Abschnitten ist.
  3. Satz von Zuschnitten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschlagklappen (10, 11, 17, 18) der Folge von Abschnitten trapezförmig ausgebildet sind.
  4. Satz von Zuschnitten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen freien Ränder (15, 16) von zwei der zur Bildung der Seitenwände der Schachtel vorgesehenen Seitenabschnitten (4, 6) zumindest eine Zunge (19) aufweisen,
    und dadurch, dass die Faltlinien (32) der Umschlagklappen (30, 31) des Mitteiabschnitts (29) der Deckelwand einen oder mehrere entsprechende Schlitze (35) aufweisen.
  5. Satz von Zuschnitten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus der den ersten, zweiten und dritten Zuschnitt umfassenden Gruppe zumindest zwei Zuschnitte aus Wellpappe unterschiedlicher Qualität und/oder Dicke bestehen.
  6. Schachtel (36) aus Wellpappe oder dergleichen mit polygonalem Querschnitt, umfassend Seitenflächen, eine den Schachteldeckel bildende obere Fläche und eine den Schachtelboden bildende untere Fläche, wobei zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen (4, 6) keine deckelseitigen Umschlagklappen aufweisen und zwei andere einander gegenüberliegende Flächen (3, 5) bodenseitig nicht mit Umschlagklappen versehen sind und deckelseitig mit Umschlagklappen (10, 11) versehen sind, wobei die Umschlagklappen jeweils auf die obere Fläche geklebt werden und wobei der Boden (21) und der Deckel (28) jeweils aus einem einzigen Mittelabschnitt (22, 29) gebildet sind, der mit zwei einander gegenüber angeordneten freien Rändern (26, 27; 33, 34) und mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Umschlagklappen (23, 24; 30, 31) versehen ist, die jeweils im rechten Winkel zu den jeweiligen freien Rändern der Seiten auf die Außenseite der beiden jeweiligen Seitenflächen geklebt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen, die deckelseitig nicht mit Umschlagklappen versehen sind, bodenseitig mit Umschlagklappen (17, 18) versehen sind,
    und dadurch, dass die Umschlagklappen auf die Unterseite der Schachtel geklebt werden.
  7. Schachtel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschlagklappen der Seitenflächen im Verhältnis zu den Außenseiten der oberen und der unteren Fläche vorstehende Ausstülpungen bilden, deren seitliche Ränder der Umschlagklappen von zwei benachbarten Seitenflächen in der Form angepasst oder komplementär sind, um ein Ineinanderstecken mit den Umschlagklappen einer Schachtel zu erlauben, die darüber bzw. darunter angeordnet ist.
  8. Schachtel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschlagklappen der Seitenflächen trapezförmig ausgebildet sind.
  9. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien oberen Ränder (15, 16) von zwei der zur Bildung der Seitenwände der Schachtel vorgesehenen Seitenabschnitte (4, 6) zumindest eine Zunge (19) aufweisen,
    und dadurch, dass die Faltlinien (32) der Umschlagklappen (30, 31) der Wand (29) des Deckels einen oder mehrere entsprechende Schlitze (35) aufweisen.
  10. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie so ausgelegt ist, dass sie um einen Dorn herum ausgebildet werden kann.
