Claims (1)
- Ensemble d'une pompe turbomoléculaire (1) et d'une vanne (11) comprenant un rotor (2) logé à l'intérieur d'un carter (3) comportant une entrée (10) pour l'aspiration, et une sortie (8) pour le refoulement, ladite pompe étant associée, à son entrée, à une vanne (11) comportant un mécanisme de vanne (12) à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe (13), caractérisée en ce que ladite enveloppe (13) de la vanne est monobloc avec ledit carter (3) de la pompe.
