Claims (9)
- Walzenförmiger Schneidkörper, insbesondere für eine Schrämmaschine oder Straßenfräse, mit zumindest einem auf der Mantelfläche (2) des Schneidkörpers angeordneten Grundkörper (1), mit dem jeweils ein Meißelhalter (4) oder dergleichen durch eine Sicherung fixiert auswechselbar verbunden ist, die durch eine sich durch den Grundkörper (1) erstreckende Bohrung (14) und einen darin angeordneten Sicherungsbolzen (15) ausgebildet ist, der eine zugeordnete Ausnehmung (16) des Meißelhalters (4) zumindest bereichsweise durch- oder hintergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Sicherungsbolzen (16) am Grundkörper (1) gewindelos klemmend oder rastend gehalten ist.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Meißelhalter (4) einen Schaft (5) beinhaltet, mit dem er in eine Steckaufnahme (3) des Grundkörpers (1) eingeführt ist, und die dem Sicherungsbolzen (15) zugeordnete Ausnehmung (16) seitlich offen ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Ausnehmung (16) des Schaftes (5) als zumindest teilweise umlaufende Ringnut ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Sicherungsbolzen (15) einen eine Mündungsöffnung (23) der Bohrung (14) abdeckenden Kopf (24) aufweist.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Sicherungsbolzen (15) in der Bohrung (14) durch einen Preßsitz gehalten ist.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Sicherungsbolzen (15) auf seiner Mantelfläche einen elastisch verformbaren Bereich aufweist.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der elastisch verformbare Bereich durch eine Hülse 22 aus insbesondere Kunststoff gebildet wird.
- Schneidkörper nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Hülse (22) austauschbar ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Bohrung (14) in radialer Aufsicht auf den Schneidkörper unter einem spitzen Winkel (α) zur Längsachse (19) des Meißelhalters (4) angeordnet ist.
