- the invention relates to a Christmas tree stand that is simple and inexpensive and secure positioning of the Christmas tree.
- a Christmas tree stand is described in DE 297 06 959 U1, which is essentially made up of two parts. Of the Christmas tree is loosely picked up in an upper part. After the top part has been applied to the bottom part can be arranged by means of an upper or lower part Spindle in connection with an electric motor the same be turned into the Christmas tree trunk around the Tree to fix on the upper part.
- the alignment and Fixing the Christmas tree is relatively complex.
- Christmas trees have often not grown straight. That means, that the Christmas tree is aligned at its stand must become. This alignment is often very difficult achievable. For Christmas tree stands with clamping screws, for example All fixing screws must be new with every alignment be tightened. Furthermore, the trunk of the Christmas tree give way during its service life, so that the Connection between the Christmas tree trunk and your Christmas tree stand loosens. Then the Christmas tree stand are again laboriously adjusted and readjusted.
- An object of the invention is a Christmas tree stand to create that is simple and inexpensive and a safe and quick positioning of the Christmas tree enables.
- a Christmas tree stand with an upper part intended to hold the Christmas tree and a lower part, on which the upper part rests. Furthermore can the upper part with the lower part via at least one contact element be connected to the weight of the Christmas tree transfers to the lower part and one by friction caused position fixation of the upper part relative to Lower part allowed.
- the Christmas tree stand becomes a secure and firm with the inserted Christmas tree Connection between the upper part and the lower part created. Should the Christmas tree stand or the Christmas tree now be adjusted, it only has to be raised slightly without lifting the upper part from the lower part necessary is. This relief can now The upper part can be moved relative to the lower part and the Christmas tree can be tailored to the needs of the user become. If the Christmas tree is now in the desired The user can release it, so that the upper part again with the lower part by friction is firmly connected. According to the invention, a simple and inexpensive position fixation of the upper part relative to the lower part.
- the contact element can be arranged on the upper part, on the lower part or on both. Furthermore, according to the invention, the material of the contact element can be selected such that the contact surface between the contact element and the lower part has a high coefficient of static friction ⁇ 0 . According to the invention, the lower part and the upper part can furthermore be formed from a rigid material, wherein the rigid material can be steel.
- the contact element can also consist of a soft plastic or natural rubber.
- the material of the contact element is only listed as an example. Dependent on from the design of the contact element, others can Materials should be appropriate.
- the contact element can, for example be formed as a ring.
- the contact element if appropriate as one Form Velcro, but it can also be magnetic Means and suction elements are used.
- a plug-in system could also be provided, in which pins provided in one part in holes one Counterpart would be used, which then fixes the position could be done.
- the lower part can also be rotationally symmetrical be formed and a curved outer surface have on which the contact element can contact.
- the upper part can be designed to be rotationally symmetrical have outer ring, the one on the outer surface of the lower part can have adapted curvature.
- the upper part can also have a round base plate, connected with one or more support means is, the support means with at least one radially inner Are connected to the ring.
- At least one fastening means on the or the support means can be provided to fix the Christmas tree.
- the at least one fastening means can be detachable Clamping device included.
- the Christmas tree stand according to the invention thus the advantage of a simple position fixation on, in conjunction with a safe stand and an inexpensive Feasibility.
- the user must Only slightly relieve the Christmas tree stand by adjusting the position to make. Once the user has the When the Christmas tree is released, the trunk remains firm and secure at the position set by the user.
- This Christmas tree stand 1 shows a Christmas tree stand 1.
- This Christmas tree stand 1 has an upper part 2 and a lower part 3. At least between the upper part 2 and the lower part 3 a contact element 4 is provided.
- the contact element 4 can for example consist of a soft plastic.
- the lower part 3 is rotationally symmetrical and has a curved outer surface 6 on which the contact surface 5 is provided.
- the upper part 2 has a rotationally symmetrical design outer ring 7 on one of the outer surface 6 of the Has lower part 3 adapted curvature.
- the angle of inclination or the radii of curvature of the ring 7 and the outer surface 6 are chosen so that a problem-free positioning of the upper part 2 relative to the lower part 3 is possible. Furthermore, the material of the contact element 4 is also adapted to this angle of inclination or radius of curvature of the ring 7 and the outer surface 6.
- the material of the contact element 4 can have a relatively high coefficient of static friction ⁇ 0 , which is, for example, greater than or equal to 0.8. This high coefficient of static friction enables the Christmas tree to be fixed in position by static friction as a result of the weight of the Christmas tree, which is transmitted via the ring 7 and the at least one contact element 4 to the outer surface 6 of the lower part 3.
- the contact element 4 can also be arranged, for example, as a continuous ring on the upper part 2. If appropriate, the contact element 4 can of course also be attached to the lower part 3. In this case, the contact surface 5 would then be provided on the upper part 2. This contact surface 5 can be roughened, for example. Furthermore, the contact surface can also have indentations or protrusions through which the necessary position fixation takes place (not shown).
- the upper part 2 also has an inner edge 8. On this edge 8 can be on the inside in at least one place at least one threaded intermediate piece 9 can be arranged in a fixed manner. The connection between the threaded intermediate piece 9 and the edge 8 can be done, for example, by welding.
- a support rod 10 is screwed in at the top.
- Opening 11 is a clamping band 12 out which a fastening or jamming a tree stump 13 of the Christmas tree enables.
- the clamping band 12 can be similar to a hose clamp be built, but this hose clamp preferably releasable after tightening is.
- the threaded intermediate piece 9 is only one in FIG one-sided internal thread shown. According to another Embodiment can also provide an internal thread downwards be in the then at least one corresponding Support element 14 can be screwed (not shown).
- this is at least one support element 14 either firmly connected to the inside of the edge 8 or with a support ring 15, which in turn with the ring 8 is connected (see. Fig. 5 to 7).
- the support element 14 shown in FIG. 1 has one Indentation 16 on which another clamping band 12 is guided can be to fix the stump 13 appropriately. Furthermore, a base plate 17 is provided, which with the at least one support element 14 is firmly connected. At the Base plate 17, a mandrel 18 is provided on the Tree stump 13 is placed. This leads to one additional position fixation of the stump 13 relative to the base plate 17 and among other things facilitates the application the clamping bands 12.
- a rod 19 is provided which is fixed to the base plate 17th connected is. At the top of the rod 19 is this firmly connected to the edge 8. According to a further embodiment, it is also possible to use a rod 19 To connect support ring 15, which is then connected to the edge 8 is (see Figs. 5 to 7).
- the Tree stump (with the upper part 2 arranged on it) only be relieved somewhat, so that the upper part 2 is relatively can be moved to the lower part 3 (move it here the contact element or elements 4 on the respective contact surface).
- the frictional force is so great that the Christmas tree securely fixes its position is.
- Fig. 2 is the Christmas tree stand shown in Fig. 1 shown in a maximum inclined position. It it should be noted that the base plate 17 in this position still has no contact with the lower part 3. The total weight of the Christmas tree is still via the contact elements 4 from the upper part 2 to the lower part 3 transfer. The maximum inclination is limited by a The outer edge 20 abuts or stands against a foot 21 of the lower part 3. Of course, this movement limitation possibly also due to the contact element 4 queuing the foot 21 can be achieved.
- FIGS. 5 to 7 are a second embodiment of the invention Christmas tree stand shown.
- This Christmas tree stand is higher than that shown in Figs. 1 and 2 Christmas tree stand trained.
- the thread intermediate piece 9 formed with an internal thread on both sides.
- the at least one support element 14 can thus be in the threaded intermediate piece 9 are screwed in.
- Farther is a further opening 11 for the in the support member 14
- Implementation of the clamping band 12 is provided. of course is this is only one way of training the support element or elements 14 or the definition of the clamping band 12. Others Examples of embodiments are shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 shown.
