Abstract

Ein Kontaktstift (10) weist einen elastisch verformbaren Einpreßabschnitt (14) mit einem sich zur Stiftkuppe (18) sich verjüngenden Einführabschnitt (16) auf. Beiden Abschnitten (14, 16) sind zwei einander diametral gegenüber liegende Mulden zugeordnet. Zwischen beiden Mulden wird eine dünne gebogene Brücke gebildet. Beide Mulden weisen acht Umfangsflächenteile auf und sind unterschiedlich tief ausgebildet. Die tiefere Mulde (26) hat zwei lange schrägliegende Verbindungsflächen (33) zwischen der kuppenseitigen Stirnfläche (32) und den achsparallelen Seitenflächen (34) sowie zwei schaftseitige schräg zur Schaftachse angeordnete Verbindungsflächen (35) zwischen den Seitenflächen (34) und der schaftseitigen Stirnfläche (36). Die tiefere Mulde ist tropfenförmig und die gegenüberliegende flachere Mulde ist ovalförmig konturiert. Im Einpreßabschnitt werden vier exakt achsparallele Kontaktzonen (24) mit einer Länge von 0,50 mm gebildet, die einen zentrischen Klemmsitz in einem Loch (50) einer Leiterplatte 52 von nur 0,8 mm Plattenstärke ermöglichen. Der verjüngte Einführabschnitt (16) liegt etwa zur Hälfte im Leiterplattenloch und schafft einen Spanraum für verdrängtes Zinn. Ein Auslaufabschnitt (17) des Stiftes (10) liegt ebenfalls etwa zur Hälfte im Leiterplattenloch (50) und ermöglicht einen Druckknopfeffekt.
