Claims (6)
- Flexibles Flächenheizelement mit elektrisch leitenden Kontakt- und Heizleitern, wobei sich sowohl die Kontaktleiter (3), (4) als auch die Heizleiter jeweils untereinander berühren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Heizfläche (2) eine richtungsabhängige Leitfähigkeit zu den zu beiden Seiten liegenden Kontaktleitern (3), (4) aufweist. - Flexibles Flächenheizelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich sowohl die Kontaktleiter (3), (4) als auch die Heizleiter (1) gegenseitig berühren, wobei die Auslenkung der einzelnen Heizleiterstränge so groß ist, daß jeder Leiter mehrere benachbarte Leiter überschneidet und berührt. - Flächenheizelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei einer Unterbrechung sowohl einzelner Heizleiter (1) als auch Kontaktleiter (3), (4) der Stromfluß entlang den Heiz- und Kontaktleitern über die mehrfache Berührung der benachbarten Leiter im wesentlichen unverändert aufrechterhalten wird. - Flächenheizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sowohl die Heizleiter (1) als auch die Kontaktleiter (3), (4) in ein textiles Gewirke oder Gestricke eingebunden sind, wobei im Bereich der Kontaktleiter (3), (4) durch Berührung der Kontaktleiter untereinander ein quasi homogener Kontaktstreifen entsteht, der auch bei Unterbrechung einzelner Kontaktierungsteile eine orthogonal zur Hauptrichtung der Kontaktleiste gerichtete hohe elektrische Leitfähigkeit aufweist. - Flächenheizelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Heizleiter (1) aus Kohlefasern oder Edelstahlfilamenten bestehen. - Flächenheizelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3, 4 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß einzelne periodisch verlegte Heizleiter (1) im Heizfeld (5) spiegelbildlich und zu den übrigen Heizleitern phasenverschoben angeordnet sind unddaß mindestens zwei Heizsegmente (2a), (2b) segmentweise unterschiedlich verlegt sind, so daß sich unterschiedliche Flächenheizleistungen ergeben.
