Claims (11)
- Mehrfachwerkzeug für Stanzvorrichtungen mit einem in einer Aufnahme (18) drehfest sitzenden, in Stanzrichtung geführten Treiberelement (14), zwischen dessen Treiberkopf (16) und der Aufnahme (18) eine Rückstellfeder vorgesehen ist, einem exzentrisch am Treiberelement (14) angeordneten Treiberbolzen (30), der mit jeweils einem von mehreren Stanzstempeln (38) zusammenwirkt, die in Stanzrichtung geführt in einem relativ zur Aufnahme (18) drehbaren Führungselement (32) ringförmig angeordnet sind, und einer Rückholplatte (46), die in axialer Richtung mit dem Treiberelement (14) und in Drehrichtung mit dem Führungselement (32) starr verbunden ist, wobei durch die Rückholplatte (46) eine Mitnahme der Stanzstempel (38) aus der Stanzstellung in die Ruhestellung erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Stanzstempeln (38) und ihren Führungen (36) im Führungselement (32) Halteelemente (60) vorgesehen sind, mit Hilfe derer eine Axialkraft zwischen den Stanzstempeln (38) und den Führungen (36) übertragbar ist, die größer als die Gewichtskraft der Stanzstempel (38) ist, wobei die Haltekraft der Halteelemente (60) durch die bei der Stanz- und Rückstellbewegung wirkenden Kräfte überwindbar ist.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Halteelemente an den Stanzstempeln (38) oder ihren Führungen (36) Rastelemente (60) vorgesehen sind, die in Ruhestellung einen Formschluß zwischen den Stanzstempeln (38) und ihren Führungen (36) herstellen und bei einer Stanzbewegung der Stanzstempel (38) radial ausweichen.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente Kugeln oder Elemente mit einer Schrägfläche sind, die in Ruhestellung unter der Last einer Feder in Vertiefungen in den Stanzstempeln bzw. ihren Führungen ruhen.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stanzstempeln (38) und/oder den Führungen (36) als Rastelemente O-Ringe oder Sprengringe (60) festgelegt sind, die mit gekrümmten oder schrägen Flächen (58) an den Stanzstempeln (38) bzw. den Führungen zusammenwirken und unter der Stanzbewegung eines Stanzstempels (38) aufweitbar oder komprimierbar sind.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Halteelement zwischen den Stanzstempeln (38) und ihren Führungen (36) Reibelemente vorgesehen sind.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzstempel (38) im Bereich ihrer Schafte über wenigstens ein Reibelement verfügen, das zur Anlage an der glatten Führung (36) elastisch über den Passungsdurchmesser hinausragt.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reibelemente O-Ringe, Sprengringe oder radial federbelastete Reibkörper sind.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Halteelemente Rückhaltefedern zwischen den Stanzstempelköpfen (40) und der Rückholplatte (46) oder zwischen den im Schneidenbereich an dem Führungselement (32) vorgesehenen Niederhaltern bzw. Abstreifern (64) und den Stanzstempeln (38) vorgesehen sind.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzstempel (38) im Kopfbereich über Absätze (42) verfügen, mit denen sie auf den Lochrändern ihrer Führungsbohrungen (44) in der Rückholplatte (46) aufliegen.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückholplatte (46) zwischen dem Treiberelement (14) und einem mit diesem verschraubten Zentrierelement (48) angeordnet ist.
- Mehrfachwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein elastisches Element (54) zwischen dem Treiberelement (14) und der Rückholplatte (46) vorgesehen ist und diese gegen einen Sicherungsring (50) am Zentrierelement (48) vorbelastet.
