Abstract

L'invention concerne une procédure et un système qui permettent de détourner un appel d'urgence en cas de panne dans le réseau téléphonique. Selon l'invention, les appels d'urgence sont placés dans un concentrateur et acheminés vers une ligne d'urgence, puis vers un centre de contrôle régional des sapeurs pompiers, par l'intermédiaire d'une station mobile reliée à la ligne d'urgence. Dans le système de l'invention, aucun retard n'intervient dans le détournement et l'acheminement subséquent des appels d'urgence en cas de panne dans le réseau téléphonique.
