Claims (7)
- Sicherheitsschalter (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2) und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels (3) dienenden Schaltwalze (4), die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse (2) einführbaren Betätiger (5) um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einer Stirnkante der Schaltwalze (4) eine Kurvenscheibe (6) oder eine Exzenterscheibe verdrehsicher befestigt ist, an deren Außenkante (6a) ein im Gehäuse (2) verschiebbar gelagerter und federbelasteter Stößel (7) anliegt, der bei Betätigung der Schaltwalze (4) durch die Kurvenscheibe (6) oder die Exzenterscheibe entgegen der Wirkung mindestens einer Feder (8) verschoben ist und in Betätigungsendstellung der Schaltwalze (4) die Kurvenscheibe (6) oder die Exzenterscheibe und damit auch die Schaltwalze (4) mit einem der Betätigungsdrehrichtung gleichgerichteten Drehmoment beaufschlagt.
- Sicherheitsschalter (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2) und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels (3) dienenden Schaltwalze (4), die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse (2) einführbaren Betätiger (5) um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einer Stirnkante der Schaltwalze (4) eine Kurvenscheibe (6) oder eine Exzenterscheibe verdrehsicher befestigt ist, an deren Außenkante (6a) ein im Gehäuse (2) verschiebbar gelagerter und federbelasteter Stößel (7) anliegt, der bei Betätigung der Schaltwalze (4) durch die Kurvenscheibe (6) oder die Exzenterscheibe entgegen der Wirkung mindestens einer Feder (8) verschoben ist und in Betätigungsendstellung der Schaltwalze (4) die Kurvenscheibe (6) oder die Exzenterscheibe und damit auch die Schaltwalze (4) mit einem der Betätigungsrichtung entgegengsetzten Drehmoment beaufschlagt.
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Gehäuse und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels dienenden Schaltwalze, die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse einführbaren Betätiger um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im nutzbaren Drehwinkelbereich der Schaltwalze (4) liegende Kurvenabschnitt der Kurvenscheibe (6) - in Betätigungsdrehrichtung der Schaltwalze (4) gesehen - bis kurz vor Erreichen der Betätigungsendstellung ständig ansteigend und nach Überschreitung eines oberen Totpunktes abfallend ausgebildet ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Gehäuse und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels dienenden Schaltwalze, die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse einführbaren Betätiger um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im nutzbaren Drehwinkelbereich der Schaltwalze (4) liegende Kurvenabschnitt der Kurvenscheibe (6) - in Bestätigungsdrehrichtung der Schaltwalze (4) gesehen - bis zum Erreichen der Betätigungsendstellung ständig ansteigend ausgebildet ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Gehäuse und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels dienenden Schaltwalze, die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse einführbaren Betätiger um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kurvenscheibe (6) auf die Drehachse (11) der Schaltwalze (4) aufgeschoben und durch einen mit der Schaltwalze (4) fest verbundenen Stift (9), der in eine entsprechende Durchbrechung (10) der Kurvenscheibe (6) eingreift, verdrehsicher festgelegt ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Gehäuse und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels dienenden Schaltwalze, die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse einführbaren Betätiger um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist nach den Ansprüchen 3-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kurvenscheibe (6) in zwei um eine 180° gewendeten Positionen mit der Schaltwalze (4) verbindbar ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem Gehäuse und einer darin drehbar gelagerten und der Betätigung eines Schalt-Stößels dienenden Schaltwalze, die über einen von außen in das Gehäuse einführbaren Betätiger um einen vorbestimmten Winkelbetrag drehbar ist nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (7) in seinem mit der Außenkante (6a) der Kurvenscheiben (6) zusammenwirkenden Anlagebereich mit dachförmigen Abschrägungen ausgestattet ist.
