Description
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen flexibler, elektrischer Leitungen (1) aus im wesentlichen elastischen Leitern (2), mit einer SZ-Verseilmaschine (4), welche die Leiter (2) mit einer mittleren Schlaglänge (SL) verseilt, auf die eine Fördereinrichtung (5), eine Mantelextrusionseinrichtung (6) und eine Abzugseinrichtung (8) folgen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Fördereinrichtung (5) und der Mantelextrusionseinrichtung (6) eine Zugmeßeinrichtung (12) angeordnet ist, die über eine Steuerung zur Geschwindigkeitssteuerung mit der Fördereinrichtung (5) und/oder der Abzugseinrichtung (8) verbunden ist, und daß die Länge (A) frei laufender Abschnitte der Leiter (2) zwischen der Fördereinrichtung (5), der Zugmeßeinrichtung (12) und der Mantelextrusionseinrichtung (6) nicht größer als das 4-fache der mittleren Schlaglänge (SL) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge (A) nicht größer als das 3-fache der mittleren Schlaglänge (SL) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge (A) nicht größer als das 2-fache der mittleren Schlaglänge (SL) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugmeßeinrichtung (12) wenigstens eine Umlenkrolle (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Umlenkrolle (13) ortsfest angeordnet ist und auf eine Kraftmeßeinrichtung (21) wirkt, welche die von den Leitern (2) auf die Umlenkrolle (13) aufgebrachte Kraft mißt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle (13) im wesentlichen quer zur Erstreckung der Leiter (2) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (17) verschiebbar ist und daß die Meßeinrichtung den Weg der Verschiebung der Umlenkrolle (13) mißt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehr Umlenkrollen vorgesehen sind, die an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Leiter (2) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehr Umlenkrollen (18, 20) vorgesehen sind, daß ein Teil der Umlenkrollen (18) ortsfest gelagert sind und daß der andere Teil der Umlenkrollen (20) an einen gemeinsamen Träger (19) angeordnet gegen die Kraft einer Feder (17) im wesentlichen quer zur Erstreckung der Leiter (2) verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Umlenkrollen (18, 20) vorgesehen sind, daß eine Umlenkrolle (18) ortsfest gelagert ist und daß die beiden anderen Umlenkrollen (20) an einem gemeinsamen Träger (19) angeordnet gegen die Kraft einer Feder (17) im wesentlichen quer zur Erstrekkung der Leiter (2) verschiebbar sind und an der der ortsfesten Rolle (18) gegenüberliegenden Seite an den Leitern (2) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände zwischen den Umlenkrollen (18, 20) einstellbar sind.
