Claims (3)
- Biegevorrichtung für Vier- oder Mehrwalzengerüste mit Arbeitswalzen, Stützwalzen und gegebenenfalls zwischen Arbeitswalzen und Stützwalzen angeordneten Zwischenwalzen, bei denen beidseitig an jedem Lagereinbaustück der Walzen Biegeblöcke angreifen, die in den Fenstern des Walzgerüstes vertikal geführt sind, wobei die sich jeweils vertikal gegenüberliegenden Biegeblöcke eines Walzenpaares über Kolben-Zylindereinheiten aufeinander zu- und voneinander weg bewegbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an jedem Lagereinbaustück (5,6) beidseitig je ein zweiter vertikal verschiebbar geführter Biegeblock (16,17) angreift, der unabhängig von dem ersten Biegeblock (8,9) über eine sich am Walzenständer (7) abstützende Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (18) bewegbar ist. - Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zweite Biegeblock (16,17) an dem ersten Biegeblock (8,9) geführt ist. - Biegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in einem fest mit dem Walzenständer (7) verbundenem Führungsstück (13) gleitend geführte erste Biegeblock (8,9) mit Flachführungen versehen ist, in denen der zweite Biegeblock (16,17) verschiebbar ist und daß die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (18) zur Verschiebung des zweiten Biegeblockes (16,17) jeweils an einer Konsole abgestützt ist, die am Walzenständer (7), in das Ständerfenster (12) auskragend, angeordnet ist.
