Claims (12)
- Matériau pyrotechnique non détonable, auto-combustible à la pression atmosphérique ou à une pression voisine de celle-ci, comprenant un liant énergétique et du perchlorate d'ammonium, caractérisé en ce qu'il a une épaisseur inférieure à 500 µm ou une masse inférieure à 15 mg, qu'il est auto-combustible après initiation ponctuelle par une puissance électrique P, telle que 150 mW ≤ P ≤ 800 mW, pendant un temps t, tel que 20 ms ≤ t ≤ 600 ms, et qu'il comprend :de 25% à 80% en poids d'un liant énergétique à base de polyazoture de glycidyle (PAG), ou de poly-3,3-bis(azidométhyl)oxétane (BAMO), ou de polyester et d'au moins un plastifiant énergétique, ou de polyéther et d'au moins un plastifiant énergétique,de 10% à 70% en poids de perchlorate d'ammonium dont la dimension des grains est comprise entre 0,5 et 30 µm, etde 0% à 45% en poids d'au moins une nitramine.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il a une épaisseur inférieure ou égale à 300 µm ou une masse inférieure ou égale à 3 mg.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :de 30% à 80% en poids du liant énergétique à base de PAG ou de BAMO, etde 20% à 70% en poids de perchlorate d'ammonium.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :de 25% à 70% en poids du liant énergétique à base de polyester ou de polyéther et d'au moins un plastifiant énergétiquede 10% à 35% en poids de perchlorate d'ammonium, etde 0% à 45% en poids d'au moins une nitramine.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :de 40% à 60% en poids du liant énergétique à base de PAG ou de BAMO, etde 40% à 60% en poids de perchlorate d'ammonium.
- Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le liant énergétique est à base de PAG.
- Matériau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :de 35% à 50% en poids du liant à base de polyester ou de polyéther et d'au moins un plastifiant énergétique,de 20% à 32% en poids de perchlorate d'ammonium, etde 20% à 35% en poids d'au moins une nitramine.
- Matériau selon la revendication 1, 2, 4 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le polyester est choisi parmi les polyadipates d'alkylèneglycol ou de polyalkylèneglycol, le polyéther est choisi parmi les polyalkylèneglycols, le plastifiant énergétique est choisi dans le groupe constitué par la nitroglycérine, le trinitrate de butanetriol, le trinitrate de triméthyloléthane, le trinitrate de triethylèneglycol et les mélanges de ces composés, la nitramine est l'octogène ou l'hexogène ou un mélange de ces composés.
- Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la dimension des grains de perchlorate d'ammonium est choisie dans la gamme de 1 à 10 µm.
- Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est sous forme de perles.
- Composition énergétique non durcie pour réaliser un matériau conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les composés et les proportions de ceux-ci tels que mentionnés dans la revendication 5 ou 7.
- Utilisation du matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 comme microgénérateur de gaz, micropropulseur ou microgénérateur de chaleur.
