It is a mechanical and electrical signaling which locks simultaneously the circuit breaker in the open state. The reclosing of the circuit breaker is not possible only if the user has previously cleared the lock by recalling the organ signaling in a rest position.
- the object of the invention is to provide a trigger device for a circuit breaker with electrical fault signaling, allowing the customer to choose himself the operating mode, with or without closing the circuit breaker in the presence of indication of the fault.

- the control lever 38 is pivotally mounted on an axis 40 intermediate between a first retaining position of the second part 32 in the inactive position (figure 5), and a second position for locking the second part 32 in the position of trip signaling (figure 6).

- Each actuating part (30, 32) of the trigger bar 18 is biased towards the inactive position by a return spring 48, 50 formed by a torsion spring threaded on a cylindrical tip 52, 54 of the corresponding part 30, 32.
- the first one actuating part 30 is provided with a first rotary pivot 56 housed in a bearing on one of the side faces of the box 14.
- the second actuating part 32 similarly includes a second pivot 58 positioned in a bearing on the opposite face, and aligned with the first pivot 56 to constitute the axis of rotation 34 of the trigger bar 18.
- the end piece 54 of the second part 32 is extended axially by a half-shaft 62 disposed opposite a another half-shaft 60 of the first actuating part 30.
- the mechanical coupling link 36 comprises a male element 64 integral with the second actuating part 32 and intended to engage by translation in a notch of a female element 66 of the first actuating part 30 to obtain the coupled position (figure 3).
- An opposite translational movement causes the connection mechanical coupling 36 to the disengaged position as soon as the male element 64 has left the notch of the female element 66 (FIG. 4).

- the circuit breaker remains maintained in the open state, making it impossible to close the contacts again the absence of manual or electro-mechanical intervention on the control lever 38.
- the user For the reclosing operation of the circuit breaker, the user must voluntarily clear the locking of trigger bar 18 by pressing (see arrow F on Figure 6) on the end 45 of the control lever 38.
- the two springs 50, 52 return the trigger bar 18 to the inactive position (FIG. 5) and cause hooking the control lever 38 in the first retaining position. It is enough then to operate the mechanism 12 for closing the contacts of the circuit breaker.
- the two actuating parts 30, 32 of the trigger bar 18 are driven rotating towards the active position, causing tripping of the circuit breaker by via the triggering mechanical link 29, and the indication of the fault electric by means of the auxiliary contact 27 of the signaling member 20.
- the rotational drive of the second part 32 by the first part 30 is unidirectional in the pivoting direction corresponding to the release. In the opposite direction to tripping, the connection between the two parts 30, 32 is completely broken.
- the second actuating part 32 remains locked in the active position by the control lever 38 ( Figure 6), but the first actuating part 30 returns automatically to the inactive position under the spring return action 48.
- the SDE fault signal remains, while the circuit breaker can be operated towards the closed state to ensure continuity of service.
- the user can thus control the reclosing of the circuit breaker after tripping, while retaining the information of the fault that has occurred.

Description
- une barre de déclenchement rotative coopérant en position active avec un actionneur pour transmettre en cas de défaut électrique un ordre de déclenchement au mécanisme,
- un organe de signalisation du défaut après déclenchement du mécanisme,
- et des moyens de rappel de la barre de déclenchement vers une position inactive autorisant la refermeture du disjoncteur.
- soit un premier type de disjoncteur ne permettant pas la refermeture des contacts aussi longtemps que la signalisation du défaut n'est pas effacée ;
- soit un deuxième type de disjoncteur autorisant la refermeture des contacts en conservant l'information du défaut.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective du dispositif de déclenchement selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 montre une vue en perspective à échelle agrandie de la barre de déclenchement de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale selon la ligne 3-3 de la figure 1, la liaison mécanique d'accouplement étant représentée en position accouplée ;
- la figure 4 est une vue identique de la figure 3 avec la liaison mécanique représentée en position débrayée ;
- la figure 5 montre une vue en coupe longitudinale selon la ligne 5-5 de la figure 1, la barre de déclenchement étant représentée en position inactive de non déclenchement
- la figure 6 est une vue identique de la figure 5, après déclenchement du dispositif.
Il est clair que les éléments mâle et femelle de la liaison mécanique d'accouplement 36 peuvent être inversés sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif de déclenchement pour un disjoncteur électrique, comprenant :une barre de déclenchement (18) rotative coopérant en position active avec un actionneur (16) pour transmettre en cas de défaut électrique un ordre de déclenchement au mécanisme (12),un organe de signalisation (20) du défaut après déclenchement du mécanisme (12),et des moyens de rappel de la barre de déclenchement (18) vers une position inactive autorisant la refermeture du disjoncteur,
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison mécanique d'accouplement (36) entre les deux pièces d'actionnement (30, 32) de la barre de déclenchement (18) est réversible entre la position accouplée et la position débrayée, et vice-versa.
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier de commande (38) est monté à pivotement sur un axe (40) entre une première position de retenue sur la deuxième pièce d'actionnement (32) dans la position inactive, et une deuxième position assurant ledit verrouillage en position active.
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que un ressort de rappel (46) sollicite le levier de commande (38) vers ladite deuxième position de verrouillage après le déclenchement du mécanisme (12).
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison mécanique d'accouplement (36) comporte un élément mâle (64) de transmission susceptible de coopérer avec un élément femelle (66) suite à un déplacement relatif en translation des deux pièces d'actionnement (30, 32).
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce d'actionnement (30, 32) de la barre de déclenchement (18) est sollicitée vers la position inactive par un ressort de rappel (48, 50).
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (16) est formé par un relais électromagnétique comprenant une bobine de commande, et un noyau mobile accouplé à la tige de déclenchement (24), laquelle s'étend perpendiculairement à la barre de déclenchement (18).
- Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de signalisation (20) du défaut électrique comporte un contact auxiliaire (27) piloté par l'intermédiaire d'un levier de transmission (68) lorsque la deuxième pièce d'actionnement (32) est entraínée dans la position active.
