Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Zylinderlaufbuchse aus übereutektischer Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung, die beim Gießen eines Zylinderblocks aus Leichtmetalllegierung miteingegossen wird; um das Verfahren einfacher und kostengünstiger durchführen zu können als dies bislang der Fall ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass zunächst ein rohrförmiger Körper aus der übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung gegossen wird und dass dieser rohrförmige Körper anschließend spanlos bei Temperaturen zwischen 380 und 515 °C in einem Drückwalzverfahren verformt wird.
