Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for supplying combustion air to Combustion chamber of a tiled stove, with one that closes the combustion chamber, in a door frame arranged filling door, and with at least partially in the area of the filling door in the Combustion chamber opening air supply openings, which with at least one Air inlet opening are connected. This air inlet opening can either be from a lattice may be formed in the outer wall of the tiled stove or elsewhere of the room as well as on the outside of a building in which Fall the air inlet opening through a duct with the air supply openings in the combustion chamber connected is.
In a tiled stove of conventional design, combustion air is supplied to the combustion chamber via the open filling door, which is used to fill the combustion chamber Fuel, such as wood, is used. The filling door is opened after burning closed, so that there is no draft, over which the tiled stove stored heat is dissipated into the fireplace.
This conventional design has the disadvantage that sparks, how they are formed when they burn up, can spray out. This disadvantage can also be found in Do not completely remove the arrangement of a spark arrester. Another disadvantage this known design is that the combustion air only at one point, namely by the filling door to the combustion chamber. However, it is for an even burn advantageous to evenly distribute the supplied combustion air in the combustion chamber.
A tiled stove has therefore already been proposed, in which in the combustion chamber Air supply openings are provided in the area of the filling door, which in the wall of a the chamotte lining of the combustion chamber provided air supply duct to which the combustion air is supplied via a pipe section (AT 392.831 B). at this known embodiment, the filling door can also be closed during combustion his. This is also the case with the recently widely used fire-resistant glass filling doors possible, which have the advantage that the burn through the closed glass door can be observed. The disadvantage of these designs is that the setting of the Tiled stove is complicated because the channels leading to the air supply openings, which are connected to the air inlet opening must be manufactured. In addition, a fitting is formed on the inside of the glass doors that provides a view of the Burning hindered.
To supply the combustion air to the in the walls of the combustion chamber One already has to make the intended air supply openings easier proposed to provide a chamber below the combustion chamber, on the one hand with the Air supply openings, on the other hand, is connected to an air inlet opening. The This only partially eliminates the disadvantages mentioned.
In all known constructions, the combustion chamber door takes, especially when it is made of metal, high temperatures, causing burns when opening the Combustion chamber door can lead and if there are flammable in the area of the combustion chamber door Objects that increase the risk of fire.
The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages mentioned avoid, and an arrangement for supplying combustion air to the combustion chamber To create a tiled stove, which makes it much easier to set the tiled stove is and nevertheless an appropriate supply of combustion air is guaranteed. to To solve this problem, the invention proposes that at least one Air supply opening in the door frame, preferably in the lower horizontal leg the same, is provided and with the cavity one below the door frame provided base element is connected to which cavity of the base element Combustion air is supplied via the air inlet opening (s). With this arrangement the filling doors remain closed even when they burn up, whereby at least an air supply opening in the door frame, preferably in the lower horizontal Leg of the same is located, the combustion air supplied to the inside of the filling door sweeps and thereby causes cooling of the filling door, so that this is essential takes on a lower temperature than in the known constructions. In addition, at Use of glass doors caused by sweeping the combustion air a fitting on the inside of the glass door prevented. Because the Combustion air is provided through the cavity one below the door frame Base element is supplied, the setting of the tile stove is easier and does not differ from setting a conventional type of tiled stove. It is only required, instead of a firebrick below the filling door To provide base element, the cavity of which is either directly via an on the outside provided air inlet grille connected to the room to be heated or via a separately manufactured duct system with another at another location provided air inlet opening. The door frame expediently rests on the base element on, so that the door frame simply after arranging the base element on this must be put on and when the air supply opening in the lower horizontal Leg is provided, this air supply opening directly with the cavity of the Base element is connected.
Door frame and base element could be made in one piece. However, it is advantageous if the door frame is made of metal in a manner known per se, whereas Base element is made of chamotte. Because chamotte does not have such high temperatures assumes like metal, this embodiment will cause the floor to sing which the tiled stove is resting on.
It is advantageous if, in the door frame, an air supply opening forming preferably removable grid is provided. Especially when the Air supply opening is located in the lower horizontal leg of the door frame prevents larger pieces from falling into the cavity of the base element. smaller Pieces, ashes and the like can be removed after removing the grille from the cavity become.
As already mentioned, it is advantageous for a uniform burn-up if the Combustion air is distributed to the combustion chamber. Because of this, can according to the invention, the cavity of the base element with at least one further, preferably arranged in a side wall and / or rear wall of the combustion chamber Air supply opening are connected. These other air supply openings can then via flexible hoses, preferably made of aluminum, with the cavity of the Base element connected, so that the setting of the tile stove in this case is easy, especially if the flexible hoses are in a below the Combustion chamber arranged chamber are guided.
The attached drawing shows in perspective, partly in section, schematically the inventive arrangement for supplying combustion air to Combustion chamber of a tiled stove.
