Abstract

The tile stove has a door frame (4) with one or more air supply openings (6) leading into the burner chamber (2). The opening is pref. located in the lower horizontal part of the frame, and communicates with the hollow chamber (7) of a base element (5) located under the door frame. The chamber is supplied with combustion air via air intakes (8). The door frame consists of a metal, and is supported on the base element, which is of fireclay. The frame contains a pref. removable grating (10), forming the air supply openings. Additional air supply openings (12) in a burner chamber wall are connected to the hollow chamber via flexible hoses (11), pref. of aluminum.
