Description
- un compartiment anodique,
- un compartiment soude, placé entre une membrane échangeuse de cations (Nafion N966, Flémion F892) et la cathode,
- et un compartiment gaz.
- un compartiment anodique (1),
- une anode (2),
- un compartiment soude (3), placé entre une membrane échangeuse de cations (4) et la cathode (5), et
- un compartiment gaz (6).
- un compartiment anodique constitué d'un-corps de cellule (1). La solution de chlorure de sodium (saumure) est introduite par (7) et circule par gaz lift à l'intérieur de la cellule. Le chlore produit sort en (8).
- une anode (2) faite d'un déployé de titane revêtu de RuO2/TiO2,
- un compartiment soude (3) d'épaisseur égale à 3 mm, placé entre la membrane échangeuse de cations (4) et la cathode (5). Il dispose d'une entrée (9) et de 2 sorties (10) pour la circulation de la soude. Il est également muni d'un capillaire pour positionner une électrode de référence, d'un doigt de gant pour mesurer la température ; ces accessoires ne sont pas représentés sur la figure 1.

- le compartiment gaz est inchangé, c'est-à-dire l'oxygène est maintenu.

Claims (4)
- Procédé d'immobilisation d'une cellule d'électrolyse à membrane et à cathode à réduction d'oxygène, caractérisé en ce que, après avoir supprimé les alimentations en courant électrique et en oxygène de ladite cellule, on vidange le compartiment gaz, on le remplit avec de l'eau déminéralisée ayant un pH égal ou inférieur à 7, on rince la cathode avec l'eau déminéralisée du compartiment gaz jusqu'à obtenir un pH égal à celui de l'eau déminéralisée introduite et on maintient ledit compartiment gaz rempli avec ladite eau déminéralisée pendant toute la durée de l'immobilisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'eau déminéralisée a un pH égal à 7.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'eau déminéralisée a un pH compris entre 0 et 7.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, en outre, on vidange le compartiment anodique puis on le remplit avec un anolyte propre de même nature et même concentration, et on vidange le compartiment soude puis on le remplit avec une solution de soude de concentration molaire comprise entre 0,5 et 5 mol-g/l.
