Description
Claims (7)
- Werkzeug für die schleifende Bearbeitung von Oberflächen mit einem um eine Werkzeugdrehachse (3) drehbaren tellerartigen Tragkörper (4) mit daran angebrachten Schleifmitteln in Form von im wesentlichen senkrecht vom Tragkörper (4) abragenden, radial zur Werkzeugdrehachse (3) angeordneten Schleiflamellen (2), welche auf einer Seite mit einem Schleifmittel versehen sind und untereinander durch elastische Zwischenelemente (5) beabstandet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Lamellenenden eine bezüglich der senkrecht zur Werkzeugdrehachse (3) verlaufenden Schleifebene geneigte und/oder profilierte Kanten (6) aufweisen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten (6) der freien Lamellenenden bezüglich der Schleifebene derart geneigt sind, dass die bezüglich der Drehachse (3) inneren Ecken (6'') der Schleiflamellen (2) von der Schleifebene nach oben abgehoben sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung (α) zwischen 1° und 15° beträgt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils mindestens eine Ecke (6';6'') der Kanten (6) der Lamellenenden gerundet ist, vorzugsweise beide Ecken (6';6'') gerundet sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleiflamellen als Trägermaterial aus einem Gewebe aus Kunststoff oder Naturfaser bestehen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleiflamellen (2) derart mit dem Tragkörper (4) verbunden sind, dass die Schussfäden des Gewebes im wesentlichen senkrecht oder in einem Winkel oder Bogen zur Schleifebene weisend verlaufen und die Kettenfäden im wesentlichen parallel zur Schleifebene verlaufen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Kanten (6) der Schleiflamellen (2) eine wellenförmige Profilierung aufweisen.
