Claims (9)
- Brandschutzplatte, gegen Strahlung abgeschirmt, insbesondere für die Herstellung von Standardtüren und Türrahmen, die von der Bauart her aus einer geformten Schichtstruktur besteht, die in Gebrauchsstellung und von der Stelle der genannten Platte, die dem Feuer am meisten ausgesetzt ist, bis zu der Stelle, die dem Feuer am wenigsten ausgesetzt ist, mindestens eine Schicht (2A) aus Blei , die einen Strahlenschutzschirm bildet, sowie einen Kern (1), der die Brandschutzstruktur der Platte darstellt, aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichtstruktur darüber hinaus mindestens eine Schicht (3) von geringer Stärke eines wärmeleitenden Materials mit einem hohen Schmelzpunkt umfasst, die zwischen der Schicht (2A) aus Blei und dem Kern (1) der Schichtstruktur so angeordnet ist, dass die beim Schmelzen der Schicht (2A) aus Blei entstehende Wärme verteilt wird, wenn es zu einer möglichen Temperaturerhöhung kommt. - Platte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht (2) aus wärmeleitendem Material mit erhöhtem Schmelzpunkt der Schichtstruktur eine Kupferschicht ist. - Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärke der Schicht (3) aus wärmeleitendem Material mit erhöhtem Schmelzpunkt der Schichtstruktur unter 0,6 mm liegt, um die mechanische Belastung des Kerns (1) der Platte zu begrenzen, wenn diese einer zufälligen Temperaturerhöhung unterzogen wird. - Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht aus wärmeleitendem Material mit erhöhtem Schmelzpunkt der Schichtstruktur so angebracht ist, dass sie mit der Schicht (2A) aus Blei in Kontakt steht. - Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten aus wärmeleitendem Material mit erhöhtem Schmelzpunkt (3) und aus Blei (2A) der Schichtstruktur durch Zusammenkleben miteinander verbunden sind. - Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichtstruktur aus mindestens zwei Bleischichten (2A, 2B) besteht, die auf beiden Seiten des Kerns angebracht sind, wobei die Stärke jeder einzelnen Bleischicht mindestens 0,4 mm beträgt. - Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (1) der Schichtstruktur aus einer Holzplatte mit sehr hoher Dichte, vergleichbar mit einem Verbundstoff, besteht. - Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichtstruktur in Gebrauchsstellung und von der Seite aus, die dem Feuer am meisten ausgesetzt ist, bis zu der anderen Seite mit einer Verkleidungsschicht (4A), beispielsweise einer bei hohen Temperaturen hitzebeständigen Hartholzfaserplatte, der Bleischicht (2A), der Kupferschicht (3), dem Kern (1) aus sehr dichtem Holz, einer Bleischicht (2B), und einer Verkleidungsschicht (4B), beispielsweise einer bei hohen Temperaturen hitzebeständigen Hartholzfaserplatte, versehen ist. - Türblock, dessen Ausführung aus einem Türrahmen und einer Tür mit einem oder zwei Flügeln besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türrahmen und der oder die Türflügel aus einer Schichtplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 bestehen.
