Description
The invention relates to a method for entering a Weft into a row shed loom with a Feed nozzle and a weft distributing device, wherein the weft thread by means of a fluid flow fed continuously and in successive Shed is entered as well as a device for Carrying out the method with a feed nozzle and an entry nozzle and one A filling.
In row shed weaving machines, the weft threads are made using a weft distributing device entered. A such a device is described in WO 96/38612. In this device, a weft thread is by means of a continuous air flow into a connecting duct inserted between the weaving rotor and a ring part and entered into a shed via a shooting tube. A Cutting device and a clamp are the Subsequent shooting tube. Immediately after The weft is stopped by the clamp a loop due to the continuous delivery of yarn formed in the connecting channel after cutting the weft is stretched.
Webfach eingetragen. Die Schussfadeneintragvorrichtung
umfasst eine Zuführdüse 11, eine Düsenanordnung 12 und
eine Eintragdüse 13, die in der
Schussfadenverteilvorrichtung 3 angeordnet ist. Der
Eintrageinrichtung ist ferner ein Leitorgan 14 und eine
Hilfsdüse 15 zugeordnet. Die Düsenanordnung 12 ist mit
einem Drehschieberventil 16 über Leitungen 17 mit dem
Druckluftsystem der Webmaschine verbunden.Reference is made to FIGS. 1 and 2. On
As FIG. 2 shows, the
The following is a procedure for entering a Weft by means of those described above Device explained.
The
angeordnet.Reference is made to FIGS. 3 to 5, the
Weft thread same as that described above
first embodiment runs. The
eine Fadenklemme 42 vorgesehen.4 are compared to the

The following is the procedure for entering a Weft thread by means of the devices according to the figures 3 to 5 explained.
Webfach eingeschossen. Der Schussfaden wird dann in
bekannter Weise mittels der Stafettendüsen durch das
Webfach befördert. Mit der Betätigung der Fadenklemme 6
wird der Schussfaden gehalten und die
Schussfadenförderung in das Webfach unterbrochen.
Aufgrund dieses Unterbruches und der kontinuierlichen
Schussfadenzufuhr aus der Zuführdüse wird durch positive
Auslenkung mittels des Auslenkorgans eine Fadenschlaufe
zwischen der Zuführdüse 11 und der Eintragdüse 33
erzeugt. Nach der Klemmung wird der Schussfaden mittels
der Schneidvorrichtung 5 geschnitten und die gebildete
Fadenspitze durch die Luftströmung in den
Verbindungskanal 4 eingeblasen. Die durch die
Luftströmung auf den Schussfaden aufgebrachte Kraft wirkt
einerseits als Rückhaltekraft bezüglich der
Schlaufenbildung und andererseits als Streckkraft für die
Fadenspitze. Durch die Freigabe des Schussfadens mittels
des Auslenkorgans wird mittels der Eintragdüse unter
gleichzeitiger Aufhebung der Schlaufe, der Schussfaden in
das nächste Webfach eingetragen.The
In the device according to FIG. 4, the
