Claims (7)
- Dispositif de friction pour l'actionnement de chariots transporteurs continus, semblable à celui qui est utilisé pour les chariots motorisés suspendus à rail, employés dans le transport continu de pièces et qui sont équipés d'au moins un bras à charnière avec une roue auxiliaire (4) qui entre en contact avec la roue motrice (2) du chariot motorisé suspendu à rail lorsqu'un rail auxiliaire (3a) fait marcher le précédent, et qui est placé parallèlement au rail principal (3) en inclinaisons du parcours, caractérisé par le fait que les roues auxiliaires sont montées sur les extrémités précédentes des bras de longueur variable, équipés de dispositifs élastiques qui tendent à maintenir ces bras en position tendue, et par le fait que ces bras sont giratoires et désaccouplables, et sont montés sur le châssis du chariot motorisé suspendu à rail grâce à un axe giratoire, permettant de retirer tout le dispositif en lâchant cet axe.
- Dispositif, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le bras est composé de deux pièces (5 et 6) dont le montage est télescopique.
- Dispositif, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs élastiques incorporés sur le bras sont composés d'un ressort hélicoïdal (7) situé longitudinalement entre les pièces (5 et 6) qui composent le bras.
- Dispositif, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe giratoire du bras est composé de deux buses alignées (5a) qui sortent latéralement de la partie postérieure (5).
- Dispositif, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les buses qui forment l'axe sont montées sur des pièces d'appui (8) introduites dans des orifices ouverts arrondis (1a) définis sur le châssis (1) fixés au moyen de boulons (8a).
- Dispositif, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie antérieure (6) du bras a une fourche frontale (6a) sur laquelle est monté l'axe (4a) de la roue auxiliaire (4).
- Dispositif de friction, selon las revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie antérieure (6) du bras est équipé d'un rail supérieur non giratoire (6b) muni d'un orifice arrondi (6c) dans lequel est facilement introduit un boulon (5b) qui est fixé sur la partie postérieure (5) du bras.
