Abstract
Bei dem Verfahren zum beidseitigen Polieren optischer Linsen ist vorgesehen, daß beide Seiten der Linse (18) in einer einzigen Maschine poliert werden, wozu mindestens vier Spindeln vorhanden sind, nämlich zwei Werkzeugspindeln (4, 11) mit Polierwerkzeugen (5, 13) und zwei Kombispindeln (6, 10) mit Kombiwerkzeugen (7, 12), die Werkstückaufnahmen (14, 15) und Abrichtwerkzeuge (16, 17) enthalten. Die Linse (18) wird nach dem ersten Poliervorgang von der ersten Werkstückaufnahme ohne zu wenden in die zweite Werkstückaufnahme transportiert und die Linse (18) hierzu, nach dem achsgenauen und höhenrichtigen Positionieren in X- und Z-Richtung der beiden beteiligten Werkstückaufnahmen, durch Beaufschlagen des Innenraums der ersten Werkstückaufnahme mit unter Druck stehender Poliersuspension aus der ersten Werkstückaufnahme heraus- und in die zweite Werkstückaufnahme hineingedrückt. Für das Positionieren der Kombispindeln in X- und Z-Richtung werden nur Bauteile benutzt, die für den Poliervorgang an der Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ohnehin vorhanden sind. Nach dem Transport der Linse (18) in die zweite Werkstückaufnahme wird die zweite Seite der Linse (18) mit dem zweiten Formwerkzeug poliert. Die beiden beteiligten Formwerkzeuge werden mit den Abrichtwerkzeugen der zugehörigen Kombiwerkzeuge abgerichtet ohne daß ein Werkzeugwechsel erforderlich ist. After the lens (18) has been transported into the second workpiece holder, the second side of the lens (18) is polished with the second molding tool. The two molding tools involved are dressed with the dressing tools of the associated combination tools without the need for a tool change.
