Claims (7)
- Gasbrenner mit einem Brennerkörper und einem Basisteil, wobei der Brennerkörper fest einer Brennkammer zugeordnet ist, wobei an dem Brennerkörper ein Flüssigkeits-Wärmetauscher angekoppelt ist, wobei der Brennerkörper lösbar mit dem Basisteil verbunden ist, und wobei das Basisteil eine Gasführung besitzt, über die dem Brennerkörper Brenngas zuführbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Brennerkörper (10) fest mit dem Einlauf (40.1) und dem Auslaß (40.2) des Flüssigkeits-Wärmetauschers (40) verbunden ist, unddaß das Basisteil (50) an dem Brennerkörper (10) mittels wenigstens eines Schnellspann-Verschlusses (60) angebunden ist. - Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Basisteil (50) über eine Scharnierverbindung an den Brenner-Körper (10) angekoppelt ist, wobei das Basisteil (50) gegenüber dem Brennerkörper (10) um eine horizontale Scharnierachse abklappbar ist, unddaß die Gasführung des Basisteils (50) im abgeklappten Zustand zugänglich ist. - Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Basisteil (50) im abgeklappten Zustand aus der Scharnierverbindung auskoppelbar ist. - Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schnellspann-Verschluß (60) als Kniehebel-Verschluß, Vierteldreh-Verschluß, Druck-Verschluß oder als belastete Federspannmutter ausgebildet ist, der mit einem Grundkörper (65) an das Basisteil (50) angekoppelt ist und der schwenkbar einen Hebel (63) aufnimmt, welcher einen Klemmbügel (61) trägt, unddaß der Klemmbügel an dem Brennerkörper (10) angreift. - Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Grundkörper (65) seitlich mit Befestigungsflanschen (66) versehen ist, über die der Schnellspann-Verschluß mit dem Basisteil (50) verschraubbar ist. - Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Brennerkörper (10) einen umlaufenden Rahmen (20) aufweist, der an seiner dem Schnellspann-Verschlusses (60) zugewandten Seite mit einem Seitenteil (20.1) versehen ist, unddaß das Seitenteil (20.1) mit wenigstens einer Klemmaufnahme (20.2) für den Schnellspann-Verschluß (60), bzw. die Schnellspann-Verschlüsse (60) versehen ist. - Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schnellspann-Verschluß (60) mit einem Sicherungselement (68) gegen unbeabsichtigtes oder unbefugtes Öffnen gesichert ist.
