Description
- La figure 1 représente schématiquement un système selon l'invention de montage et de fixation d'un revêtement pour le doublage d'un mur comprenant une ouverture.
- La figure 2a représente schématiquement une pièce de raccord selon l'invention.
- La figure 2b représente schématiquement la pièce de raccord de la figure 2a en position sur deux profilés.
- Les figures 3a et 3b sont des vues correspondant à celles des figures 2a et 2b d'une seconde pièce de raccord selon l'invention.
habituellement utilisés dans ces systèmes de montage et de fixation de revêtement, les deux principales largeurs de ces profilés étant 45 et 47 mm. Une languette 19 a été découpée dans la base 12 et est orientée vers l'intérieur de la pièce de raccord 11 de sorte à rester parallèle à la base 12 et permettre le passage du fond du profilé 10 entre la languette et la base 12 de la pièce de raccord 11. De cette manière, le profilé 10 se glisse dans la section en U présentant la languette 19 et le profilé 4 reçoit alors l'ensemble profilé 10 - pièce de raccord 11, la section en U libre de la pièce de raccord 11 venant se clipser par le dessus sur le profilé 4.
Claims (10)
- Système pour le montage et la fixation d'un revêtement sur une surface à revêtir, ce revêtement comprenant une ossature formée de profilés en U destinés à recevoir un parement, ce système comprenant une pièce de raccord pour l'assemblage de deux profilés en U situés dans un même plan, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccord est formée d'une tôle présentant deux sections en U dont les axes forment un angle compris entre 30 et 90°, chacune de ces sections étant destinée à recevoir un profilé en U.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes desdites sections en U forment un angle de 90°.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de ladite pièce de raccord est pliée et découpée de manière à former la base des deux U et trois ailes rabattues, un U étant formé de deux ailes parallèles rabattues et le second de la troisième aile et des bords des deux ailes parallèles.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les ailes réalisant les sections en U de ladite pièce de raccord comportent chacune des bossages orientés vers l'intérieur desdites sections en U de manière à exercer une force de pression sur les deux profilés en U.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les ailes réalisant les sections en U de ladite pièce de raccord forment un angle inférieur à 90° avec la base des deux U de manière à exercer des forces de pincement sur les deux profilés en U.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccord présente une languette dans l'axe de la base du U formé par les deux ailes parallèles, ladite languette étant orientée vers l'intérieur du U de manière à rester sensiblement parallèle à la base du U.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccord est réalisée à partir d'une tôle d'acier galvanisé d'épaisseur comprise en 5 et 7/10ème et, de préférence, d'épaisseur 6/10ème.
- Pièce de raccord pour l'assemblage de deux profilés en U, caractérisée en ce que ladite pièce de raccord est formée d'une tôle présentant deux sections en U dont les axes forment un angle compris entre 30 et 90°, chacune de ces sections étant destinée à recevoir un profilé en U.
- Pièce de raccord selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les axes desdites sections en U forment un angle de 90°.
- Pièce de raccord selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite pièce de raccord est pliée et découpée de manière à former la base des deux U et trois ailes rabattues, un U étant formé de deux ailes parallèles rabattues et le second de la troisième aile et des bords des deux ailes parallèles.
