Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour la réalisation de couvertures additionnelles de bâtiment dont la charpente comporte des poutres (1) supportant des éléments de couverture (2) à recouvrir, caractérisé par des noeuds de support (4) fixés au moins aux éléments de couverture (2), lesdits noeuds de support comprenant des profilés (6) en Ω sur lesquels sont articulés des pênes pivotants (12) engagés dans des longrines (3) constituées par des profilés présentant la forme de la lettre C à l'intérieur desquels lesdits pênes sont verrouillés contre les parois internes des longrines formant des supports pour des plaques de couverture additionnelles (21).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pênes (12) sont portés chacun par une platine (11) reliée à une manivelle (15) et articulée sur un pivot (10) de chaque profilé (6) en Ω.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les pênes (12) sont constitués par des profilés en U comportant, à leur extrémité, des doigts (13, 14) respectivement des extrémités (13a, 14a) serrés contre la paroi interne des profilés en C constitutifs des longrines qui portent les plaques de couverture additionnelles (21).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les doigts (13, 14) sont constitués par les extrémités (13a, 14a) de chaque pêne (12) découpé en parallélogramme.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la manivelle (15) est prolongée par un bord relevé (23) formant verrou lorsqu'il est engagé dans la fente (5) du profilé en C formant chaque longrine.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les profilés (6) en Ω présentent, sur un côté, une patte (16) munie d'au moins une ouverture (17) pour des fixations (20) assurant la liaison avec les plaques de couverture additionnelles (21).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les pattes (16) sont découpées en regard d'une encoche (16a) prévue dans l'autre côté des profilés (6) en Ω pour permettre la fabrication desdits profilés par découpes successives sans chute de matière.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les bords (6a, 6b) des profilés (6) en Ω présentent des trous (7) pour le passage d'organes de fixation (8) assurant la liaison des profilés (6) en Ω avec les éléments de couverture (2) et les poutres (1) qui les portent.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, supplémentairement, des plaques d'isolation (22) entre les éléments de couverture (2) et les plaques de couverture additionnelles (21).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'isolation (22) sont fixées au moyens des profilés (6) en Ω.
