Claims (8)

  1. Schmierende Zusammensetzung, die organische Molybdänverbindungen enthält und die reduzierte Kupferkorrosionseigenschaften aufweist, wobei die Zusammensetzung umfaßt:
    Ein Gemisch, das gebildet wird durch das Vermischen von
    (A) einer großen Menge eines Öls mit schmierender Viskosität,
    (B) einem Molybdändithiocarbamat,
    (C) einer Schwefel enthaltenden Verbindung, die aktiven Schwefel enthält, und
    (D) einem Pflanzenöl mit C=C-Ungesättigtheit
    miteinander, wobei (C) und (D) vor der Zugabe zu diesem Gemisch miteinander vermischt werden und mit Zeit- und Temperaturparametern erwärmt werden, die ausreichend sind, um den aktiven Schwefel der Schwelfel enthaltenden Verbindung mit dem Pflanzenöl umzusetzen.
  2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei (C) und (D) gemeinsam für etwa 3 Stunden bei etwa 90 C° vor dem Vermischen mit (A) und (B) erwärmt werden.
  3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von (D) zu (C) 5:1 bis 1:1 beträgt.
  4. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von (D) zu (C) weniger als 1:1 herunter bis zu etwa 0,5:1 beträgt.
  5. Additivzusammensetzung zur Verwendung in einer großen Menge eines Öls mit schmierender Viskosität, wobei die Zusammensetzung umfaßt:
    (A) ein Molybdändithiocarbamat,
    (B) eine Verbindung, die aktiven Schwefel enthält, und
    (C) ein Pflanzenöl mit C=C-Ungesättigtheit,
    wobei (B) und (C) vor dem Vermischen mit der organischen Molybdänverbindung (A) miteinander vermischt werden und mit Zeit- und Temperaturparametern erwärmt werden, die ausreichend sind, um den aktiven Schwefel der Schwefel enthaltenden Verbindung mit dem Pflanzenöl umzusetzen, wobei das Öl, das diese Zusammensetzung enthält, reduzierte Kupferkorrosionseigenschaften aufweist.
  6. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, wobei (B) und (C) vor dem Vermischen mit (A) gemeinsam für etwa 3 Stunden bei etwa 90 C° erwärmt werden.
  7. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von (C) zu (B) 5:1 bis 1:1 beträgt.
  8. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von (C) zu (B) weniger als 1:1 herunter bis zu 0,5:1 beträgt.
