Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour l'affranchissement de marchandises postales avec une machine à affranchir le courrier, constituée d'un support d'information (3), un support indicateur (4), un mode de commande (5), des dispositifs d'entrée-sortie (6), un module d'imprimante (7), un support d'introduction manuelle des données (8), un ensemble d'horlogerie protégé par une pile (9) et un premier dispositif de saisie ou selon le cas un module de réception (2, 20, 200, 23) connectés entre eux, est caractérisé en ce que les premiers dispositifs de saisies ou selon le cas les modules de réception (2, 20, 200, 23) sont prévus, afin de charger au moins un tableau d'un support de transmission (10, GSM) dans un emplacement de mémoire prédéfini d'un support d'information (3) de la machine à affranchir le courrier, par lequel, au moment de la mise en marche de l'affranchisseuse (1) et correspondant au moins à deux des conditions en mémoire dans la machine à affranchir le courrier, à savoir le pays et la date d'expédition, le nom de zone et le pays d'expédition ou le nom de zone et la date, les données des tableaux ou informations en faisant partie, elles-mêmes enregistrées dans les tableaux dans l'unité de stockage du support de transmission et, qui rattachées à ces conditions peuvent être également extraites, sont chargées dans l'emplacement de mémoire déterminé à l'avance du support d'information (3) de la machine à affranchir le courrier (1) ainsi que, en ce que

  2. Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un tableau des taxes d'affranchissement postal au minimum est adressable dans le support de transmission (10, GSM), en ce que la machine à affranchir le courrier (1) montre des supports dans le module de commande (5), qui, lors de la mise en exploitation de l'affranchisseuse (1), chargent au minimum un tableau des taxes d'affranchissement postal pour la machine à affranchir le courrier du support de transmission (10, GSM) par les modules de réception (2, 200) dans un emplacement de mémoire déterminé à l'avance du support d'information (3), et en ce que l'affranchisseuse montre d'autres supports dans le module de commande (5), qui sélectionnent, par le support d'information (3), le dispositif indicateur (4), le dispositif d'introduction manuelle des données (8), et l'ensemble d'horlogerie (9) connectés entre eux, en s'appuyant sur les données saisies du pays ou du lieu d'expédition ainsi que sur la date, les tableaux des frais de port actuels en vigueur, au moyen desquels la taxe d'affranchissement postal est déterminée.
  3. Dispositif, suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le support de transmission est une carte à puce (10) et qui montre dans son support d'information (12) au moins une zone adressable (A) pour chacune des données définies de dates mises à jour pour l'entrée en vigueur de chacun des tableaux classés des taxes d'affranchissement postal, et en ce que chaque zone (A, B, ...) est aménagée pour au moins un tableau de taxe d'affranchissement postal.
  4. Dispositif, suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le support de transmission est un réseau de transmission cellulaire (GSM) et en ce que le support d'information (300) du réseau de transmission cellulaire est muni de sections de mémoire, et en ce que les saisies de données des informations classées concernant le pays ou le lieu d'expédition ainsi que l'heure nationale ou locale s'effectuent automatiquement, de façon impeccable, par un module de réception (200) avec un service radiotéléphonique mobil branché, dans l'emplacement de mémoire du dispositif d'affranchissement postal.
  5. Dispositif, suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le support d'information (12, 300) du support de transmission est muni de sections de mémoire pour les tableaux disponibles des taxes d'affranchissement postal et de fonctions auxiliaires ainsi que pour d'autres informations supplémentaires, qui peuvent être chargés par les modules de réception (2, 200) dans le dispositif d'affranchissement postal, et en ce que une saisie des données du pays ou du lieu d'expédition ainsi que l'heure nationale ou régionale s'effectue par les dispositifs d'introduction des données (8) lorsque l'appareil est branché.
  6. Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (9) est un ensemble d'horlogerie protégé par une pile pour l'alimentation de la machine à affranchir le courrier (1) par un BUS avec des données sur la durée et sur la date.
  7. Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'affranchissement postal possède un ensemble d'horlogerie (9) programmable, qui fournit chacune des heures locales en vue d'une information définie de lieu effectif ou à venir.
  8. Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un module de pesage intégré est mis dans le support d'information (3), le dispositif indicateur (4), le support de commande (5), le dispositif d'introduction manuelle des données (8), l'ensemble d'horlogerie (9) et l'interface de balance (22) du dispositif d'affranchissement postal connectés entre eux.
  9. Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fonctions classées peuvent être chargées par date d'actualisation, au moment où, une empreinte, prédéfinie lisible par machine dans la machine à affranchir le courrier, de chacune des administrations des postes nationales, est chargeable comme une fonction classée par date d'actualisation.
  10. Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux supports d'équipement informatique et/ou de logiciel sont fabriqués comme un module logique ou selon le cas comme un programme à programme fixe ou libre d'une commande par microprocesseur.
