In einer weiteren Ausführungsform (keine Abbildung) tritt an die Stelle des vorderen Trums 25 eines Stahlbandes eine geradlinig verlaufende Richtfläche, hinter der die Magnetelemente 33 angeordnet sind.
Am ausgangsseitigen Ende der beiden Zahnriemen 7, in den Figuren 1 und 2 auf der rechten Seite, ist schematisch als Rechteck und der besseren Übersichtlichkeit halber nach rechts verschoben eine Bearbeitungsstation 35 angedeutet. In dieser Bearbeitungsstation 35 werden entlang der beiden Kanten 37 der Blechzuschnitte 3 entweder einseitig oder beidseitig die Beschichtungen in einem sehr schmalen, beispielsweise 0,5 bis 2 mm breiten Bereich entfernt. Das Entfernen des Lacks oder der Kunststoffschicht kann durch Laserstrahlen oder auf andere Weise erfolgen. Die Ausbildung und Funktionsweise der Bearbeitungsstation 35 ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Erfindung und wird daher nicht weiter erläutert.
Die Magnete 21,23 weisen an den gegen die Mitte der Transportvorrichtung ragenden Enden eine abnehmende Anziehungskraft auf die Blechzuschnitte 3 auf. Die abnehmende Anziehungskraft kann auf unterschiedliche Weise erzeugt werden. Beispielsweise sind die Enden der Magnete 21,23 verjüngt oder die Magnete 21,23 liegen in diesem Bereich geneigt zum Zahnriemen 7, so dass deren Abstand zunimmt und damit deren Anziehungskraft auf die Blechzuschnitte 3 abnimmt.
Bei niedriger Transportgeschwindigkeit kann auf die Magnete 21 im Bereich A verzichtet werden.
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Positionieren von auf einem Transportmittel (5) liegenden, rechteckigen Blechzuschnitten (3), gekennzeichnet durcheinen ersten Transportabschnitt (A), in welchem die Blechzuschnitte (3) unausgerichtet auf dem Transportmittel (5) transportierbar sind,einen zweiten Transportabschnitt (B), auf dem die Blechzuschnitte (3) durch ein Positioniermittel (27,33) auf dem Transportmittel (5) verschieb- und ausrichtbar sind undeinen dritten Transportabschnitt (C), auf welchem die Blechzuschnitte (3) in der im zweiten Transportabschnitt (B) erstellten exakt ausgerichteten Position zu einer Bearbeitungsstation (35) führbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blechzuschnitte (3) im ersten Transportabschnitt (A) gegen Verschieben auf dem Transportmittel (5) geschützt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (5) mindestens ein endlos umlaufendes angetriebenes Transportband oder einen Zahnriemen (7) umfasst, in mindestens dessen dritten Transportabschnitt (C) die darauf zu transportieren bestimmten Blechzuschnitte (3) durch die Anziehungskraft mindestens eines unter dem Zahnriemen (7) angeordneten Magneten (23) reibschlüssig gehalten und in dessen zweiten mittleren Transportabschnitt (B) die Blechzuschnitte (3) auf dem Transportband (7) von mindestens einem seitlich angeordneten Magnetelement (33) an eine geradlinig verlaufende Richtfläche herangezogen und die Kanten (37) der Blechzuschnitte (3) auf einer Geraden ausrichtbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmittel (5) mindestens ein endlos umlaufendes angetriebenes Transportband oder einen Zahnriemen (7) umfasst, in mindestens dessen dritten Transportabschnitt (C) die darauf zu transportieren bestimmten Blechzuschnitte (3) durch die Anziehungskraft mindestens eines unter dem Zahnriemen (7) angeordneten Magneten (23) reibschlüssig gehalten und in dessen zweiten mittleren Transportabschnitt (B) die Blechzuschnitte (3) auf dem Transportband (7) von mindestens einem seitlich angeordneten Magnetelement (33) an ein umlaufendes Stahlband (27) als geradlinig verlaufende Richtfläche herangezogen und die Kanten (37) der Blechzuschnitte (3) auf einer Geraden ausrichtbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ersten Transportabschnitt (A) die Blechzuschnitte (3) von mindestens einem Magneten (21) reibschlüssig gehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blechzuschnitte (3) mindestens im dritten Transportabschnitt (C) durch ein über dem oberen Trum (17) angeordnetes, synchron umlaufendes Transportband (43) reibschlüssig auf den Zahnriemen (7) angepresst gehalten werden.
